The plaintiff says he went to a dog-friendly restaurant with his two huskies and the defendant’s dog charged them. He says her dog bit his finger during the fight and the defendant promised to pay for his medical bills. She never did, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dogs were misbehaving and approached her table, so her dog defended himself. She says she owes nothing.
