  • The plaintiff met the defendant on the set of a music video shoot, and he immediately started flirting with the plaintiff. The two had a one-night stand, and the defendant allegedly stole money from him. The plaintiff is suing for the amount he lost. The defendant, a makeup artist, insists he never stole a dime from the plaintiff.

He admitted to being a thief, said the guy was asleep when he sent the money, and Judge Mathis was still about to rule in his favor until he repeated that he stole the money three additional times?!

He actually didn’t…He said “he actually sent me the money that morning” then he switched it and said “no he sent it that night cause he was still sleep that morning”, he was trying to clear it up because the plaintiff had already previously stated that he was still sleeping the morning of so he was
making it seem as if he sent it that same night as a gift BEFORE he went to sleep. So the Judge heard right because the defendant never said “I sent it myself” he kept saying the plaintiff sent it to him. So he technically didn’t admit to it (as of yet) even though he stumbled his words at the beginning of his statement.

The Plaintiff and Defendant know each other and worked out a storyline. Then when Judge Mathis demanded proof, suddenly the Defendant “admitted” it just so Mathis would rule in the Plaintiff’s favor. They probably split the money, and got free travel, hotel stay, and a free trip, as well as compensation for appearing. The defendant is a guy who is extremely insecure, who has his perception of what successful people look and act like (which is skewed), and works by any crooked or righteous means necessary to uphold that image. What he lacks is the awareness that all his tactics depict how broke he truly is and how scared he is of what people think of the real him.

If he wasn't awake, he couldn't send him money knowingly. He should have this man, prosecuted, given that he has a tape now, that he admitted to stealing. Get him criminally prosecuted. He will do this to someone else. He is a narcissist.

That plaintiff is a bit slow ... he got robbed blind because of how he moves. Clearly the defendant is living his best life because he robs these suckers 😭😭 poor plaintiff.
