I discovered your Chanel through Craftable Things. I want to try DTF printing. I prefer selling cotton items over polyester t-shirts! I like sublimation on items other than wearables because polyester can get hot and it doesn’t absorb moisture. I rather invest in the beginning in conversion of a printer than spending $$$ out of the gate! Thanks for taking time to make this video! Let you know how things turned out!
i hope you dont mind me asking on this video pal but how are you getting on with the et8550 and are you using the ciss system still?i bought one as here in the uk you cant find any l800 other than over priced second hand, over priced converted models or ones that has allready been used for sublimation.im yet to convert it so i messaged a uk company about inks etc and they came back to me saying i should get a l800 and the 8550 are not good for maintenance.this is what they said" They're not sealed and based on pass-through sponge cartridges, so the head is next to impossible to clean and the cartridges can't be reprimed without huge effort."im not a novice around printers as i do have a large uv printer but im now doubting myself about this machine. if i was to click clean on the software or run a print on some plain paper daily will that keep the white from drying up? i do have a maintenance policy with currys that they claim they will repair or replace within 7 days with any fault including print head for the next 3 years but im unsure they will want to honour it if i have waste tank and other things pulled appart and ink colours not matching and im in there monthly with blocked heads.do you have anything i can follow to make my road a less rocky one lol. also do you know what chip reseter i will need? thanks again and great videos. im going back over them all for tips.
Hangry Muscle how reliable is the XP-15000? Thinking of buying one. Also can you do a video showing what to do if your not going to be printing for a couple of days for it won't clog?
I'm just converting a epson xp 15000 to dtf for my daughter. Im confused. So far I've watched your videos and got it down. I even got the chipless downloads. But now I'm seeing that they should have a RIP software??

@Hangry Muscle Im having issue with my dtf prints fading while pressing. Is it because my heat is too high? or is it a pressure problem?
with out troubleshooting I'm not sure, you may not have enough white behind the image, could also be that you're powdering when the ink is too wet.
What chip resetter should we buy?
The one that works with the maintenance box in your printer. search for the chip resetter that resets that maintenance box.
can dtf inks be printed on heat transfer papers, decal and normal papers as well or i will be out of options if i converted the printer to dtf
What if it doesn't pickup paper what do u suggest kind of paper
Thank
Sure thing Linda, hope it helps 🙏

At the end of this vid, you said that the next vid would talk about printer parts and vocabulary. I can't find it. Can you please tell me the title?
