I just converted this new printer 8550 and the black will not print, but it seemed to print the black when I do the nozzle check. Should I follow the step above?

@HANGRYMUSLE I THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I did my conversion last night following your video. I do need understanding how to get past the alignment issue I am having. Printer wants to align using bottom tray feed I have tried to slide a piece of paper in thru the bottom but it won't feed. woke up this morning to shake printer lol and do nozzle check but again i receive the load bottom tray (drawer 2) What should I do? I do plan on getting that ciss in the near future! Thank you again for all you videos and help!!

I took out my dampers and cleaned them all, but after a run a powerclean, none of the ink is going into any of my dampers, any suggestions? I pull ink through each of the tubes to check if there’s a clogs in my hoses but everything is good, just can’t get the ink back into my dampers for some reason..

Can anyone tell me how i can make the back of the image white when printing? Its just transparent nothing is working for me

Quick question one of the screws isn’t tightening on the yellow 😢so the yellow isn’t working do I have to replace the whole print head

what kind of program do you use to print our DFT from? I normally use cricut but with large prints, it doesn't work will with it and the picture quality is not good with DTF

Can you share me settings on printing small words..I am not able to print small words even though my file size is 300 DPI. I mean Imagine cluster of words like text art. I am able to print big and medium size words, but in case of small, it just print half the word..please help me on settings with this issue

I’m having an issue where I’m printing blanks. It’s chipless and I’m using the foam carts. Brand new printer that was converted. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Great video. Question. Since you did not use the ink tanks and went with the external CISS instead. Are you able to switch to maybe sublimation or regular printing by using the actual ink tanks by unplugging the CISS? Just a thought since the ink tanks in the printer were not used. Thank you.

I downloaded the chipless firmware. After it was finished, I put my new ink cartridges in with my dtf ink and the printer is telling me to "insert ink cartridges" like they aren't there. Need help?

will a ciss machine fix my cloging issue on epson 8550

How does a note to print the white? What software are you using or can you just print from Photoshop?

For this i deleted my driver and reinstalled. Done

I just fixed mine!! Pw sensor was dirty as hell. On the 8550 take out the print head and under it there is one screw for the tiny pw sensor . Clean it up, put everything back together and done!! This happened to me because ink was all over the top of my print head and leaked into the sensor. You will know when you remove the dampers and see a ton of ink everywhere.

Found your channel and this video on setting up AcroRip - than you so much for a thorough explanation on setting up this software. Once a graphic is loaded into the template, how do I add text? I can't find any reference or information in the AcroRip User Manual, or anywhere on-line.
