- In today's video, I'll be showing you what a DTF halftone image looks like. Instead of printing full lines to make the design a series of dots is used, creating a sort of abstract effect. Halftone also reduces ink consumption.
The print on the left is a print using Acrorip's remove black feature and I used a Mclaud Hot Peel.
The right print is the halftone image I made in photoshop and printed with Acrorip on a Dtgpro Cold peel.
Both designs were printed using the Epson Ecotank ET-8550.
What do you think of the results?

Great video. I took the risk and converted the same printer. And have the ripsoftware acrorip.....at what settings do you have it? Can't get my colors to play p like yours. Thanks in advance. And your half gone looks amazing.
Pop. Can't make my colors pop😁
Hi, thank you. You can watch my full Acrorip setup here. ruclips.net/video/q_asJx9H_fI/видео.html
Try different icc profiles or use a photo editor to adjust the colors.
The shirt on the right looks the best. It has more color and detail. The halftone looks dull and has a hand to it.
The shirt on the right is the halftone shirt.
