Jon Pertwee would be so proud :)
to be fair Sean had already been acting for 9 years before Jon died in a lot of good things, so I`d say he `was proud` as much as `would be`
I’d love to hear him play the Third Doctor on Big Finish. He’s such a great actor on his own, he’d easily give it his own spin and being new life to the character. We got Michael Troughton playing his Dad’s Doctor, Elizabeth Sladen’s daughter doing Sarah Jane, and now Daisy Ashford playing her mother’s role of Liz Shaw. Let’s have Sean!
He's not only an amazing actor but also his narration of documentaries is just magic.
I'd absolutely love to see Sean play the doctor. If not his own carnation then I really believe he is the only way we could ever get close to the third doctor returning. He talks about it being big shoes to fill but just like his father he has great range as an actor and he would certainly nail it if he decided to do it and it would mean so much to alot of fans too I think. Jon Pertwee was the first doctor I saw, I watched the green death on a video I bought from a car boot sale in 1998. I was six and I was hooked. Though I love all the actors who have played the role The 3rd Doctor will always have a special place in my heart. My nanna loved Jon in the role too and she often mused they were so much a like they could have been siblings and she was right.
I watch Jon's stories now and they remind of my dear old nanna God rest her soul. All my love to Long ago ❤
What a lovely little chat. So relaxed, and I really get the vibe that Sean really like them and was happy to talk to them, and also that they really liked him too.
just loved Sean in dog soldiers. never missed doctor who when his father was the doctor and just loved his voice I've been watching doctor who since it first started with William Hartnell
I would love to see Sean play Dr Who. He is the spitting image of his dad, who i nearly got an autograph in Aberdeen about 1989-90 or so. It was the dr who live show. Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker were my doctors. As good as the actors are that have played the doctor recently, im not really a fan of their shows and the writing. Whereas Sean has the charm and warmth like his dad. Maybe im just dreaming?
i like his voice,it's so magic,
Watch his "journey to the edge of the universe" if you ever need a soothing voice to go to sleep to
Sean is such an entertaining guy
Sean looks sounds and act a lot like his dad and I’m glad they show show similar they are and Jon would be so proud cuties both of them
His best work was when he starred in Dog Soldiers as the sergeant.
He looks almost identical to his old man
alfred!!!!! love this guy alfred was one of if not my favorite character on Gotham. I really hope they reboot it or do something new
Chris Chibnall or Moffat (if he hasn't already written them) needs to make a crossover with 3, and have Sean Pertwee act as the Doctor
This is a great idea
I imagine his Alfred but rated PG.
I remember John in Dr Who and Worzel. Sean is great and I loved him in Dog Soldiers. He does look a bit like the chef John Torode though
The eyes the nose it's Wurzel gummage .😂
The grand dad also is a dead ringer.❤
He was in games like Gladiator Sword Of Vengeance and AC Black Flag
Happy Birthday, Sean! The Big 6-0! :)
So gorgeous 😍🥰❤
Loved Gotham
Iconic 👑❤️😘🥰😍👏🏻
He has his Dad's nose.
He rode his Dad's Doctor Mobile.
Oh my god ax
There's quite a bit of Keith Richards about him.
Haven't seen everything he's been in but from what I've seen he's phonomanal
its unfortunate he seems scared to tarnish his dads legacy but i understand
