It's actually a good thing to get your kiddos in the kitchen and around the stove. Kids (and adults too if not early exposed) can be really intimidated in the kitchen. There's a parent there supervising AND... he's at a distance in his counter stool. No worries. She's got this.

@@iloveyoudisgusting you must not cook much.. He's a baby. Very unpredictable. They tend to like to flip and bounce things. It's not worth the chance of him being scarred for life. This is NOT the definition of adult SUPERVISION. Please do NOT condone this kind of behavior. If Mom tried to catch a pan that Baby accidentally pushed on to the floor... I mean just 1 of any number of bad scenarios. DANGEROUS for both if them. He has SO many things to learn at this young, developing age. Learning "how to cook" can wait until his height reaches above the stove... He should not be that close to the stove...PERIOD

once fat adapted, the carbs should ideally be low glycemic so when you add fat+protein to it, the glycemic response is like non-existent. vegetables like butternut squash and carrots fit this category very well.

Although I love many recipes in your cook books I use many recipes from Keto for Lufe every week and I’ve used several out of the keto made easy book as well. I just tried the Mexican skillet dinner tonight on page 180 and that has made it into my regular rotation good easy family loves it keep it up guys

Was shopping in a Mexican supermarket and lady told another lady that it was weird that this Mexican guy had two little blonde white kids with him. They are 19 and 22 now and we all still laugh about it. People are so ridiculous! Love you guys!

Well to be fair, processed doesn't necessarily mean not "real" food (like you can process almonds to make almond butter/flour which is in a lot of keto snacks and I'd consider that to be "real" food) and sometimes processing can make more/different nutrients more bioavailable. Of course, when there's whey protein and other sweeteners, it becomes a different story. That being said, I don't eat any packaged keto snacks because I feel like it defeats my purpose of keto, which is to have better eating habits and whole(r) foods in general.

I make lassie drink with collagen. My savory version is 1/2 cup of full fat yogurt, 8-12 fresh mint leaves, 2 scoops of unflavored collegen, 1/2 a cup of cold water (you can put ice cubes if you like) and a few shakes of Himalayan salt. My sweet version is the same amount of unflavored collagen, yogurt and water, but instead of salt add 10 munk fruit drops. You can add a touch of vanilla bean or whatever natural flavoring you like. Blend. I love the Magic Bullet for this small amount. So tasty, nutritious and fresh 😍

My husband is Indian and my kids all have olive skin and jet black hair. I wonder as our kids get older if it'll change?
It was weird for me when my kids were born because all of my kids are very light skinned compared to my dark skin. Two of my kids were blonde/blue eyes and people thought I was a nanny or babysitter.🙄 I did a DNA test and found out I also had Swedish, English and Scottish bloodlines too!
