Fun walk and drive about video, a good watch. That card shop seemed nice, that's something I feel like we're lacking here. Quality card shops. I relate to the sentiment of enjoying when comic boxes aren't sorted. There's some fun to the unknown.
Dude, your risking it all talking in a Library. Actually, now that I think of it, I didn't see a librarian around, the things people will do to skip paying late fees Killer graphic novel and manga sections, nice having runs of stuff I just want to read but don't need to buy. Do you ever hit their sales when cleaning out stock, some libraries have great sale. The wife hits ours on it's last sale days and it is $5 bag load sale and she comes home with tons of books, dvd's and some comics if I am lucky. MMmmm Donuts! Thanks for the road trip it was fun, love the drive along video, makes me remember what it is like getting out and stopping some places fun instead of just errands. $300 for that Blade, I have a copy sitting in the garage. Crazy what the cards are up to, really need to see what I still have. Take us for a roller coaster ride! Shame on you for passing on a $1 Barbaric comic, that is such a fun character. Yeah, I am drooling over those Starship Trooper comics. Just had to go back to the muffins, one more day left on the sugar flush and you and Swagduhh keep teasing me That is a killer Vampirella cover! Wish we had short box sales around here or some more like you guys get, only get something that pops up once or twice a year here. Great vid, thanks for the road trip!
A Mr. Riggs 👋🏼 this was a great time I really enjoyed rolling around the city with you.. I live in a small town in Kansas we have no stores that sell books or cards I’m almost completely reliant on eBay for my collecting needs…. On the other hand if I had stores like the ones you showed today in my town I’d be broke!!! I would have definitely snagged that Holmes/Houdini books 😂… the cards were fun man we collect similar eras but I relegate my card collecting to just a few choice players that are special to my childhood mainly Jordan, Griffey Jr and Bo Jackson!! I would definitely watch more of these kind of videos take care brother 👊🏼

I think its great! I remember that you also collect Barry Bonds if I'm not mistaken, but Griffey Jr! That's awesome. My 89 upper Griffey Jr has a binder burn for putting in set in 9 card sleeves..ahhhh! And it's a beautiful one. Or was hahaha oh well. Yes it is nice having a variety of shops to frequent, but I personally buy mostly from ebay as well. The convenience and selection just cannot be beat. It's so relaxing to just lounge and look for deals and maybe get some suspense on am exciting auction Ty so much. I'm really glad that you enjoyed the video. Hey I do remember the fullerton library selling books by the bag during a winter sale that I once attended. I think that was the way I first read Superman For All Seasons. It was in really nice condition too. I guess the book had just fallen out of favor with the patrons or they got another copy but I loved that thing. Hardcover. I remember reading it at the DMV one rainy morning. Haha ahhh buddy I am so sorry to torture you during a sugar fast. You are a soldier refraining from all sugars including hard drink especially during sports. I can tell you alot of Dodger fans needed a stiff one after losing game 4. Kill or Be Killed is a pretty damn good read. i thought it was something my son would like so i would pass my copy on to him every month after i read it and he enjoyed it so much i just let him keep it. Jupiter's Legacy and Circle were both great comics. the show had it's moments but the pacing was horrible. it took the whole season to accomplish what was done in the 1st issue. it's pacing was like the opposite of the Invincible animated series.
