HO and Ram Air. Had the fuel filter on top and the battery cable setup coming up under the exhaust manifold to the front side of the fenderwell .

@@YernBelfus400 no, 1964 was the first year for the GTO, because originally the GTO was a performance package to the LeMans which the LeMans was introduced in 1963 as the top trim package for the Tempest which the Tempest was introduced in 1961.

@damonh.9345 Wrong. The first model year for the original GTO was 1962. It was powered by a 180 cubic inch V-12 with aluminum block and heads, two overhead cams, two distributors, and 12-barrel carburetion, backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. John DeLorean was so smitten by the original GTO, that he "borrowed" the name (without permission) to use on the performance package for Pontiac's mid-sized passenger car two years later in 1964. I would encourage you to Google "1962 GTO" and learn about it.

@@YernBelfus400 My bad, I thought you meant what the first year of the Pontiac GTO not the Ferrari GTO since you had asked the question in the comments of a video about a 1967 Pontiac GTO. I know alot about vehicles from the US market(mainly from owning a 1978 El Camino and going to car shows with my grandpa ever since I was a baby) and some from cars from the European market but I’m still learning.
