The Belfast sink. Removing the tap was fairly easy but you didn't show how you got the metal and rubber retaining washer into its correct position. In a normal sink its difficult enough making them stay in position so that the nut can be fitted to the thread.!! I would have told the customer I would remove the whole back and replace it rather than doing the job through the small hole! But well done you did it. Your basin tap on a Saturday I would have charged £120 ie time and a half.

No chance replacing a 3 year old tap for free just cause it has a 5year warranty.
5year warranty is off the tap manufacturer
If it had failed in the first 12 months then fit it for free if you supplied it but after that it's a chargeable job
What if the tap had a warranty for 10 years and it failed 5 times in them 10 years are you fitting a new tap for free all them times
if you go of checka trade you get 12months warranty off the company that's it .
I have fence panels in my garden that have a 25 year warranty of the supplier, so does that mean the guys who fitted the panels have to replace a broken panel every time one breaks or cracks due to weather conditions cause the panels have a 25 year warranty. No chance
