I'm starting to notice those bottom o-rings don't really seal again once you remove the cap to clean the trap. Going to start stocking them. Good video mate.

I would of charged for that revisit too. "The customer should always pay for your mistakes" thats my motto. Then after I charged them full whack for the second visit, I would of ripped the boiler off the wall and told them it needs replaced. These customer types need to know whos boss. I like to do that with massive unexpected bills, they'll definitely recommend me to their friends, family and neighbours then🫡
@@Heatking good to hear mate, I’ve thought about doing some videos of some of the stuff I do on a daily basis and it doesn’t seem that easy, I admire all that make the effort to help others, I work with lots of new apprentices that are learning the job the hard way, it’s not so easy to learn a trade now as it was before, my advice to all new comers to any trade would be to watch as many different RUclips videos as you possibly can, I learn lots from your videos and lots of other people’s channels, cp utility, blue dog, heating geeks, dr pipe, Tom cat training, plumb like Tom, pb plumbing, the list goes on and on, just remember that there are alot of people that you are helping with your channel and time and effort mate

@@Heatking my advice for future videos would be to concentrate on gas jobs, once you’ve seen a toilet or a sink or bath being fixed thats all you need to know, boiler repairs and maintenance is the way to go I would say, I love the mixture of jobs you show so don’t listen to me, plumbing jobs are relatively simple so I would recommend doing more boiler breakdown videos, take care mate
@@Heatking yes, just how you assess and quote for your work. I’m social housing, we used to replace thermocouples on hob. Not any more, it’s a greasy job.
Next time you get some of those heads stuck on the tap splines, with them still in the basin, get your bender former and wack it from underneath, usually does the trick, yes had loads of problems with the Worcester traps over the years, replaced the top o rings and they’ve still leaked, poor design , try and avoid taking them out now unless really bad, I would have done the same though and not charged

@@Heatking I paid to have it done, I’m not a lover of the big well known companies that do a basic 15 minute service compared to what I had done including magnaclean clean plus inhibitor and new gasket set I must say I was rather impressed 👍
The white lines behind a plane are actually caused by the jet engine tearing apart the water molecules in the air, reheating them and they form small clouds. Hence the white lines 😉

Definitely wouldn’t charge for the revisit. I’m lucky enough to have a large loyal customer base. I found that the people that rip customers off and charge for things like this don’t have a customer base.
I wouldn’t bother too much about the subs on your channel, if you mention it a lot you can come across as a bit needy . Just keep doing what you’re doing and enjoy it . The reasons I don’t have a YT channel is 1. I’m too old/ technophobic fucker 2. I’d swear too much, because that’s what plumbing does to you. 3.I don’t look like you😂 4. I can’t be arsed
