Jyggilag, the other lords were afraid and turned him into sheogorath out of fear.

this, their all equally powerful, but Jyggilag had the drive to spread Order across all the realms witch upset the balance and forced the other into acting.
it took all the deadric lords just to bind one of their own meaning individually their all unstoppable if left unchecked.

@@CommanderM117 And the only reason Jyggalag didnt work to counter their plan, is because the idea of the other daedric lords putting aside their differences to fight him as a group was so out of the question that it was viewed as impossible to him.

He is the thirdmost powerful one after Jyggalag and Nocturnal. The reason why people fail to mention him in these kinds of discussions however is due to the fact that his pursuit isn't inherently destructive like that of Molag Bal or Mehrunes Dagon. His goal is to accumulate infinite knowledge, which makes him particularly dangerous to anyone who gatekeeps said knowledge from him or attempts to seek his knowledge out without his consent. Otherwise, he tends to just mind his own business.

I think it is Mora but he does his own thing which isn't always dangerous

Mora isn't necessarily evil tho. He's rather uninvolved in the goings on of tamriel for the most part. He's motivated mostly by greed and the goal if hoarding knowledge. He barely uses it.

It would be stupid to say he is dangerous considering he has no strong motive for using his knowledge to lash out and destroy or conquer. Daedric princes that are purely destructive are also pretty tame because they draw a ton of attention and opposition to their presence in Tamriel. The most destructive are the subversive Daedra. It's like having a disease that's too deadly will prevent it's ability to spread.

nah, Sheogorath is the most dangerous one and since he still has Dyus he literally has all the knowledge Mora has and more because of Jyggilag

    It’s Boethia or Pyerite

Molag Baal and its not even close. If not for the complete lack of any notion of good
    how'd he make vampires again?
    oh yeah right.
    Its Molag Baal
    mehrunes
and Hermaes if fighting with Clavicus Vile and Boethia

you have to weigh the most evil and the most powerful, bal is probably most evil, mora most powerful, but who is highest in both categories?
