Me too! I keep rewatching his vids to learn. I don’t play mid (I’m a support main) but the basic concepts about laning are similar. Stuff like enemy cooldowns, punishing based on effective range, and predicting movement, etc. It’s really useful! Last season I peaked gold 4, now I’m slowly climbing towards plat (currently gold 2).

Not the easiest game for a Lux
Irelia, Kindred and Zilean all heavily counteracts her burst and then the Tristana got fed
The only easy target was Syndra but that's assuming Kindred and Zillean aren't there to help.
And she doesn't have stopwatch/Zhonya's up. Although she was a bit too triggerhappy with those, she should have wait for the "warning flash" of the Lux ult to make it actually work, now he could just try to time the ult with the stasis end
pretty sure syndra double popped stopwatch at 37:26 to avoid your ult but then dies immediately after.
22:13 - kindred just appears for a split second below mid even though she's actually doing her blue

Its not only beeing squishy - their dmg output is also pretty low (in S11 Standarts)

pekin I know you probably already know this but you can enable a setting which shows you exp gained. So for example in that instance where you weren't sure if you got the cannon exp you would know because a little number would pop up
it clogs up the screen especially if you do massive wave clear, leads to missing small details like kayn wall hop etc

@@TheToby121 that doesn't make sense. an aoe with larger surface area cannot be compared to a semi- thin laser shot on a 90 degree angle. In pekin's case, if he ulted bot while on mid jungle, it's really easy to dodge.

I don't understand the 90 degrees ult thing. There's a lot of room for maneuvering regardless of where the ult comes from. Why does the ult being perpendicular to the lane matter that much?
If you can angle the ult, the more area the enemy has to maneuver in order to dodge it (since its coming at an angle if you walk just a little bit left or right youll still get hit with it) versus if you angle the ult perpendicular the smallest movement will get you safely out of ult dmg

With his q's mobility he can easy face check and escape, so lux didn't need to face check too. That's why he said that he failed with lux, because kayn could have baited them way better

They could have done that, but then the enemy team would match it and lux would be stuck in the super long top lane, which is not optimal.
