Here for this very informative and cozy video! So glad you got some downtime over the holiday. Thanks for spending part of it making this content. Happy New Year!
I noticed the part in the video when you said that the first time you applied to CRNA school you didn’t get in.. May I ask what you did differently the next time around (if anything) to get accepted? I hope that this question is not too terribly intrusive. Wonderful video, you’re so intelligent and inspiring!
Sorry, I think that may have come off incorrectly. I meant that I didn't get accepted into the scholarship program right away. And your question was Absolutely not intrusive... this is exactly why I am here :)
Thanks for the info! I'll be graduating and taking the NCLEX after this semester and have been considering this to pay for a CRNA degree down the road. The pay also seems to be good from what I have researched (AF ranks around 102nd for top paying companies as CRNA) I'm also right outside of Montgomery, so OTC is not too far. I dont know anyone else who has done this personally so I'll be subscribing so I can hopefully follow your journey if you continue to share with us. Thanks again and good luck!
Yep! IV placement, OG tubes, your assessment skills x1000, and then you acquire new skills, like central line placement, regional anesthesia, intubations, spinal anesthesia etc
Wow.. this is very informative and comprehensive. Thanks to this video. May I just clarify the accommodation while you are stduying CRNA in your CRNA school, it's included already in the tuition fee? But transportation expenses is not included? Thank you! 😀
Do you feel better prepared to become a CRNA than you did a RN after finishing nursing school? Personally, after nursing school I did not feel prepared at all. Are there any training programs after Nurse Anesthetist School for “New Grad” CRNAs? Thank you!
You are such a wonderful example of staying positive regardless of the circumstances. It puts my anxiety at ease. Thanks, Aisha!
Thank you so much .It is how I get thru the tough times

Love all of your videos! Thank you for making them!
Does the military pay for your health insurance while you are in crna school?

At my school, if the clinical site is more than 1 hour away, we receive housing that is close to the site.
You cant leave the US from the time your scholarship starts?
Yes I can, I just can't leave while l am on special orders
Did you go in already with your RN license or you did it in the Air Force too ?

Hello, is there a minimum GPA for applying to the HPSP? minimum GRE scores?
Not that I recall. But in my head I would go with minimum requirements for the program to which you are applying.
Heyy
