- Today i reviewed my bmw 2008 335i to give you guys more knowledge and info on if you should buy. this is all my opinion obviously other ppl will have different views but this is what i think! car is extremely fun and definitely worth buying! smash a LIKE and SUB!

I can agree while reliability isn’t the best it’s still worth it for the driving experience and everything else about it. Love daily driving mine.

As long as you replace all the things that can go wrong, then there isnt much to worry about right? Like upgrading the hpfp, spark plugs, coil packs, injectors, gaskets, etc. before tuning?
@@swiftripper7557exactly. Instead of a 30k dollar car buy a 9k one and spend 3k in parts making it reliable(less if you get one with injectors already), then make it fast for less than 2k. For less than 20k you have a car that’ll smack the car to were probably going to get at 30k.
I work on mine almost everyday
But when I get behind the wheel it's all worth it.

@@racecahnetwork5 i just got a 2013 535i x drive and plan on doing some of what you did bro.....MHD TUNE...COLDER PLUGS AND COIL PACK....WRAPPED DOWNPIPE TO KEEP THE UNDERHOOD HEAT DOWN......BGR INTAKE....INTERCOOLER PIPING AND INLETS...CHARGE PIPE....INTERCOOLER AND THE E30 MIX....I LEARNED A LOT FROM YOU DAWG AND PLAN ON CREEPING SOME OF THESE V8 SCATPACKS...CAMAROS...5.0s.... ETC....I MAY NOT BEAT THEM ALL....BUT THEY WILL KNOW IM ON THE MAP.....IF THATS NOT ENOUGH...IM DOIN THE STAGE 1 PURE TURBO
Once you hit that 100k-120k a lot of shit needs replacing. I just got mine out of the shop and I’m about to walnut blast and do the oil filter gasket as well. Considering what your paying for and it walks cars that go for 60-80k it’s worth it 100%

I have a 09 black on black 135i M Sport with 43 thousand original miles. I have all the mods you have there just different. I run the AFE dry cone intact, agency 3" catless down pipes, billet charge pipe with 2 turbosmart bov's with 60mm trumpets on them. I run an agency intercooler & a wedge custom tune. I also run a radium oil catch can & other mods. After you do these mods & do the aluminum coolant hose hook up in the front. The only thing that goes is the water pumps! I mean coils & 02 sensors but with precision race werks coils there's really no problems. You forgot to mention the N54 has a bullet proof bottom end with forged crank & rods. I'll be making a video in april about my car & the mods. I have a few mods to do when the weather breaks. I also want to do a pro meth 6 injector meth system on my car which is good for 45H.P. & cleaning the valves. I also forgot i run a vargas crank case breather for an oil cap. Something to think of unless you run an open pcv system? You don't wanna blow a front or rear main seal from to much pressure? Nice car & you'll be seeing mine shortly on here....👍🏁

@@racecahnetwork5 I haven't bought it & hooked it up yet. But no its good for your engine. It cools down intake air temps & it steam cleans your valves. A few companies make controllers. But AEM makes a nice controller where it has two knobs. One for when you want it to come on & one for where you want it to max out. So if you're making 20psi of boost set it to come on at 10-12 & set the max knob to 20. The lower you set it, it doesn't spay as much. But as the boost increases so doesn't the meth. You'd just have to take a few pulls & then send your logs into your tuner. He'll tell you if you should turn it on in lower boost & max it out sooner or at your max boost. That's what im going to do. Sorry for the books just trying to explain it. Look out for my video. Should be out in a few weeks. Just ordered new APEX ARC-8's for my car. Got the front wheels in today & my rears should be here Tuesday. Good luck man...👍🏁

Yeah, mines is down now. The dang clamp on my thermostat hose cut into it and all my coolant leaked out 🙁. But what I can say is it’s a very simple engine to work on. I’ve had mine for about 6 years and everything that can break has broke, And I have yet to take it to the stealership.

Wayyyy better and add horsepower because the engine runs so much better than stock
Way better they're marine application & if you need to your tuner can adjust the out put on them! They're bad ass!

@@racecahnetwork5 The whole meth kit with solenoid & the nice braided lines & 6 nozzles is like $570. But you have to drill & tap each runner. The supply you with the drill bit & tap. Then you have to decide on what tank & pump your going to run. Which AEM or snow have plenty of options. You need a controller to so if you buy AEM basic kit it comes with pump tank & controller it's like $475 so like $1200 by the time your done. But you'll get more than 65H.P. out of this plus if you wanna race & it's a hot day. It won't be hot anymore not to your intake temps. I don't have any E85 tanks near me & even if i did id still do this because no more walnut blasting. This steam cleans the back of your valves! You can also send your plenum into pro meth & they'll install the injectors for you. There's a nice billet rail that runs under the plenum & the lines come up in between each runner. Go on pro meths site & chech it out. It's definitely nice...👍
