They are super fun cars but to all these young inexperienced guys getting into one of these cars and making it fast ass hell I cannot stress enough to put a good set of tires on it. These things will make alota power and when it hits that momentary lose of traction can leave you wrapped around a tree or even worse. Yall stay safe out there 💯🎯💯
It's weird. I've had two 335i's now. The first had misfires after about 10 months on new spark plugs but at the time I didn't know about the coils like I do now. So I didn't replace all of them when I got the first tune. I sold that and bought an E46 M3 which I still have and LOVE! However I bought another 335i for VERY CHEAP ($1500) which needed maintenance and a new HPFP. I put in all new coils and plugs changed the oil and a few other things and it's been tuned (With bolt on's) to stage 2+ MHD Oct95 RON for a year now with not even one misfire. It has almost 200,000 Miles on it too. LOL. That's one of the reasons I got it so cheap. The owner thought it was worn out. But it was just needing some love. He did the full serpentine belt and pulleys as well as the whole cooling system and vacuum system before I got it. I guess he was getting the work done in a shop and was sick of paying for the labor. I do all the work myself and it ROCKS!! Now on to new 17 or 19 T turbski's and E50 or E70 fuel!

Mosfets . Install upgraded mosfet drivers in your ecu , I forget I think thier called #11. Then enough current is supplied to keep the coil packs alive. It's the mosfet drivers that limit current flow and chew up coil packs. People run upgraded coil packs which are actually inferior to stock with the mosfets installed

How are you judging your ethanol mix content? I ended up installing a fuel it ECA with spool lines but wondering how you can accurately mix without knowing the ethanol %
Also I thought it was funny you mentioned the spark plug, I’ve done so many on my N54 cars I can zip one in in about ten minutes even with all the factory covers having to be taken on and off again
I change all plugs and coils too every time that happens. I do by knock off bosch coils they are just as worthless as bosch. I have a elder coil and am currently saving for 5 more. The block isn't strong the internals are especially a 6 bolt crank. Europe will never have good material it's not that Japanese steel. every car maker has issues that really come down to geographics and trade

Yeah I hate bmw plastic I changed the coolant plastic flance for aluminium flance that goes to the engine the fin have to go out then the expansion tank hose breaks in the middle is from plastic and it connected on the upper radiator hose plastic broke off as well old plastic get soft I repaired the middle top plastic hose take the plastic hose out put new hose in last week I changed the waterpump plastic cracked 😂

The one near my house tested at 87% ethanol so I just do 6 premium 4 e85 gallons it’s close enough
How do you run e85?
Downpipes are more crucial than a charge pipe and blow off valve if you’re on a budget and want to tune it
That charge pipe is going to break if you add boost eventually
