Cleaning the First Floor

Buying and moving into a house or rather a ruin in Sicily, Mazara Del Vallo, Italy. We've chosen the historic Kasbah for its history and central location. There is a lot of work still to be done, renovating and upgrading. But first the clean, whilst we get to grips with what needs doing. This Channel will be used to share our progress week by week. Yes - definitely Terrazzo floor. Please do everything to keep them. They are coming back into fashion. ❤

4:40 As you probably know by now, that is a terrazzo floor. Terrazzo is made from crushed marble and cement. The floors are easy to clean, last pretty much forever and only get more beautiful with age. You are doing a fantastic job. The result is stunning. Looking forward to seeing the rest!

The electricity is on. Yeah!!!! A lot of marble polishing first.
