I just bought one 2017 with 38k miles and had deal with the dealer install new breaks and rotors also new tires.I love this car and don't forget this cars is not for everyone.Cost much to own but the attention you have it is worth it. you see many BMW's and Merc's only one Maserati on the road.
I got a steal of a lifetime too last year. For my bday in June I purchased a 2018 QP with less than 7k miles as well. Well it’s 8 months later and I have not gotten to 10k yet. Lol. The pandemic is keeping me in the house. I look good when I go to the grocery store though. Lol 😂
Sweet ride, Ron. I love that spec. Had a similar 17 Ghibli and just returned it. Part I hated the most was the brake life...and I didn’t drive aggressively at all. Brakes went out at 12,500 miles and brake light came on again at 25k miles, which is apparently common based on the forums. Maserati apparently requires pads and rotors to be replaced at a cost of about $2,000+ each time. Buddy’s 911 Turbo didn’t need new brakes for at least 40,000 miles. Big reason why I’m no longer with Maserati anymore.
WOW, that is a ridiculous brake life! And the cost to replace is also ridiculous. I know why those brakes don't last, they used soft pads that grab hard and are better than standard, but then you lose brake life. Sometimes the folks at Maserati and Alfa Romeo aren't thinking about what customers will like or dislike. They are out of touch with their own customers.
It is what you have to deal with Maserati cars. My previous 2018 SQ4 which I just turned in yesterday with 27K miles went through 2 sets of brake pads and rotors, 3 sets of tires (They all wear out inner side, not outside as normal cars would because of the special alignment to enhance the handling) I picked up an "S Gransport" with Matte Grigio and 21 inch wheels. This would be challenging. Matte color is going to annoy me for sure and I hope tires stay healthy longer than SQ4 set up... It is hard to find 285/30/21 tires besides Pirelli... Puhaha. I keep getting into deeper hole... Ghibli will be discontinued in 2023 so when I return my car, I will have to choose a different model. I am on my 4th Maser and will stay on. I do not wish to go back to German cars as they all look the same and became boring looking besides few models.
@@briany1957 cool. It sounds like you lease maser? Is that true? I am planning to pick up used ghibli s 2019 model if I could in hope to grab good deal and have it as a daily driver. Waiting for lease return so that I can go and get one for myself. Currently nothing in stock since lease returns will come in around Aug or so.
I'd probably own one if they weren't so disparaged and hated on social media and in the press. The magazines and public just hate all over this model. I always loved it, ever since it came out. Its embarrassing to own one however, and that's unfortunate.
Bro first thing what happen to the music at the beginning of your videos it was Ard but I think 🤔 u was moaning at the beginning of that song 🎶 pause and 2 bro it’s 2021 them old Maserati played out hellcats took over 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️gotta move on

That's a nice looking car in black, more appeal than BMW Audi imo
Looks great, decent price. I don’t think it’s a CPO though.
