    hey guys in this video we fix the 'flat neck'. Normally, the human neck(cervical spine) does have a lordosic curve(meaning it has a curvature forward) but, due to imbalanced modern life style, the curve gets flat or even into a reversed C-shape. With these simple movements practiced daily, we can fix it. Stay strong and healthy!
    ※Please be careful always not to overdo any exercise.
    You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft.
    If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity to the point you feel refreshed. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.

    After 1 month taking medicine for severe headache, the diagnosis how doctors said occipital neuralgia, and no one looked into my neck, after long searches and money spent now I found I have a flat neck due to bad posture, after doing this exercise 2nd day with some repetitions I feel I can take over the control of those headaches, happy finally I know the reason and can do the treatment and loose all those prescribed painkillers 😊

      I had migraines because of Occipital Neuralgia. They absolutely looked into your neck if they came up with this diagnosis, it's where that nerve is.
      My Dr sent me to pt after I got the diagnosis, my neck is flat also

      @@vincentvega3747 yes... Pt has helped me a lot. Because of my neck issues, I was getting pinsched nerves all down my back and hips. The flat neck thing is treatable and partly reversible, best thing I did was the chin tucks every day. It helps put the spine back in place. I use to have that Dogwagners lump on my back, keeping my neck stretched, and doing those chin tucks will give you relief.. I'm even breathing better.

    YES!!! Thank you; every other neck video only shows how to correct over-curvature of the neck, but tons of people (like myself) don't have enough curvature. After doing these I feel like my throat and ribcage opened up and I can breathe properly. Love this, thanks for sharing!!

    Your exercises are helping me. I do your other neck exercises. And, I’ve been told by my orthopedic dr.that my neck is no longer curved. I have a lot of neck pain due to arthritis. I would like to do these exercises but I get vertigo if I put my head back. Is there a way to do this without bringing on vertigo?

    • @wanderingintime
      @wanderingintime 3 года назад +3

      I know this is old comment, but there are actually correlations between vertigo and trauma to the neck. I too have arthritis and vertigo. i also have bone spurs and nerve damage. vertigo is triggered by the movement of head moving ears and ear hairs from their accustomed, 'regular' positions and there isnt too much you can do to stop it.. HOWEVER, I have found moving VERY slowly (very) can help. but what helps most? stay away from sodium. ESPECIALLY msg ESPECIALLY. and stay away from caffeine or at least use it sparingly. dont go extra strength on green tea (I love green tea particularly matcha): and stay as hydrated as someone your weight is supposed to. these are my personal search and practice notes for vertigo. I often notice vertigo is triggered if I deviate from the sodium caffeine hydration observance. good luck.

    • @wanderingintime
      @wanderingintime 3 года назад

      if the other neck exercises have reversed kyphosis, why try to do something that could exacerbate the arthritis? have you spoken to dr if you have bone spurs? those in my family who have arthritis always come with bone spurs in the area of the arthritis. not to say you will but it is worth to ask. I will look at the other excercises of his because of your comment!

    The action really no good
    For the neck has been straightened
    Such a large angle movement
    It will compress the nerves and become severely paralyzed
