You made my day wandering about on the overpasses, they're a lot of fun when you don't have to backtrack when your companion takes a misstep and falls and then needs a stimpak (admittedly it is fun to hear them scream when they take that dive, except Dogmeat, no fun listening to him fall off overpasses.)

Also, Missie - regarding the cargo truck at 46:40, there’s a bunch of these Wicked Shipping trucks all over the Wasteland, all of them locked tight. You’d need a key to get into them and loot their goodies. If only there were a place you could go that might have such a key … like a sort of headquarters or lockup station … maybe if it were just south of the Ranger Cabin and Abernathy Farm in the northwestern area of the map … 😉 (Somewhat confusingly though, there are some trucks that can be unlocked, and some trucks that can’t. IIRC, the ones with a dented sliding back door can’t, and the ones with a pristine, undented door can.)
Nick, proving himself to be a true AI, tries to depict normal human behavior in a chapel, but mistakenly sits on the corpse and instead of sorrowfully bowing his head, he rests his forehead against the pew, in a similar position, not recognizing the difference.

In New England the word wicked is sort of synonymous with awesome, and can also replace the word very. So the shipping is wicked good! Since there's no Damage Threshold in this game vertibirds are just big bags of hit points with no cover, so they die really easily, unfortunately.
I've watched other youtubers try to capture the essence of fallout 4 however none of them seem to do as complete a job as MissieMae. Great job looking forward to more videos.

If you want to clean out the fusion cores you have to manually insert them into power armour the same way you add armour pieces. When you just enter them or when one runs out it will automatically insert the core with the highest charge so you're putting in a full one almost every time you use power armour.

You said you like the coast. There are 6 bottle messages located along the Commonwealth coastline. Each begins a radiant quest that ends with a loot stash.
You have to equip gear on companions to make sure they use it. If you don't equip it they just pick something when they go into combat. At least I think that's how it works in vanilla (It's been a long long time).
You have to equip armour but not weapons, they won't auto-equip weapons though until a fight starts. They will use whichever weapon matches their skills best but you can manually equip weapons if you want them to use a specific one.
Hey Missie, FYI, you missed a food chiller and a suitcase inside the Lonely Chapel. Just saying, you could check them the next time you're in the area, there's probably nothing very important in 'em. Great video, as always.
When you enter power armor the game automatically puta a 100% core in unless you select one. I ran into the same thing years back and had to look it up :) Kind of a pain but you have to select a core for a suit with no core, and you can replace the full core with a partial one when you find a new suit. Also if you have a humanoid companion you can tell them to get in the armor (no core necessary) or frame to get it back to a settlement. Big learning curve on this game. :)
Yah man, look for the treasure of Jamaica. Remember to mark gear that you want your companions to use. I think its 'T' on the keyboard while looking at their inventory. Also I didn't see the bullets you gave him actually *enter* his inventory? Not sure what was up with that. Maybe you dropped them? Mystery!!
Missie u can use Powerarmor even if it misses 1 arm or leg or helmet, its still giving u alot more armor and carryweight regardless ^^ and rem that enemys have good weapons sometimes, like the Brotherhood Automatic Laserrifle ^_~
Have you ever thought of doing let's plays of the Metal Gear Solid series? I feel like you are the only one out there that could do the games' level of detail justice. They'd fit your style really well.

You play games like they are meant to be played, like we all did when we were young, by stopping to smell the roses. There are certain areas (that section of tracks, for example) where Random Encounters can occur. So fake Preston was just a lucky roll of the dice to find.
Fact and small SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER for fake Preston: if you meet him while the real Preston is your companion real Preston will say… absolutely nothing. He won’t acknowledge at all what just happened 😅
you should check your innovatory for a wicked shipping key, i think you may have picked it up in one of your earliest episodes. you can check location on your your pip boy if you visited it .next to Abernathy farms south west of Sanctuary it will unlock the master locks on the wicked shipping freight with out picking it.
@@vetgirig4209 i thought on keys that open multiple locks it said that after you open the lock. On quest specific locks i know it will say that where it is the only way to open the door.

All Aboard does lead into some rather big DLC. It can safely wait until after the main story. I prefer having a voiced protagonist, honestly. I'm glad you got the fake Preston encounter. That one seems rare to me. I know I've said it before, but for any companion that can pick locks, they need to have bobby pins added to their inventory before they can try.
Missie your breaking my heart you haven't leveled up and you haven't done some of the best quests like the silver shroud, the big dig, out in left field, diamond city blues, and special delivery. I mean your missing out on some of the best side quests of the game!!! Please 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 you won't regret them!!!

In Boston, "wicked" means really good, awesome. If you visit the Wicked Shipping yard, you will find a key to open all of those trucks.

I think it's about time to find a better gun. I would suggest exploring the area west of diamond city, just past the pond.
Just make sure that when you go do Far Harbor DLC stuff; Nick is with you for it.

How do I have 1800 hours in this freaking game and I've never seen that Preston impersonator before?
Having the Automatron DLC installed reduces the chance of getting many of the random encounters quite a bit.
