I have two problems. First the console don’t work. Flickering constantly.
The 2nd the pedal broke. Its an easy install. But the pedal is really hard to the point that I had to attach a sponge to it. And I can’t wear bicycle sneakers because I have a wide foot, so I need to put two pairs of socks.
Wish pedals were softer. I had a NordicTrack and the pedal weren’t like this.

I dropped an allen wrench down into the front assembly. I cannot get it out. Can I just leave it there as long as the wheel is moving freely?

I own a 230. I would not recommend it. I am a lifelong cyclist, but for the life of me, I have never been able to find a comfortable position on this recumbent stationary bike. It's very, very uncomfortable, so much so that it is nothing more than an oversize paperweight.

Schwinn and Bowflex both suck. I ordered the 290 from them and ups left it downstairs. I called and they couldn't help me. I had to wait a week for someone to help me carry it up so I had to return it. Never got to unpack it. Super disappointing experience.

Standard delivery protocol. Third party deliverers will NOT carry items upstairs or into a house. I was fortunate that my 1 guy was willing to tilt the box off his card so that it lay down across the doorway and he then slid into the house, allowing me a week or two to unbox etc.
If you have had delivery people carry what you now know was a heavy as hell box up your stairs in the past, you got lucky; expect them to never do that UNLESS a white glove service is offered (normally for an exorbitant amount). Just don't blame Schwinn for this issue.
