    Good method. For the life of me I don’t get why there are so many kamado grill 321 rib videos on RUclips when a ceramic grill already helps with moisture retention and efficiency of cooking. Only suggestion would be to try leaving the membrane on and cook a little longer for more tenderness. Since there’s so much heat coming off the deflectors the membrane is gonna get cooked to death but you can score it if you want. I’d just try it and see what you think.

    Good man! Always use 3rd rib to remove membrane. Or at least that's the plan. Nice looking ribs.

    Except for the wood chips, this would be perfect for making in the oven like pulled pork. 4 hours or so at 250. Perfect on a day like today when it's been raining all day.Someone's got a sale on ribs somewhere. I like your rub, always have those on the shelf.

    Dang.... that’s a really good video Chris. Gotta a question if not minded so here goes. Do you find when wrapping in foil with the usual ingredients, do you believe the smoke flavor gets washed out from wrapping?

      LOL, I don't want to be to cocky. I think I want to try spraying with apple juice next time to see if their is a difference.

      I've used frozen concentrate apple juice that I mixed with beer instead of water.

    Nothing “tender” about those ribs. You can hear the connective tissue as he’s biting...

      Checked out your channel. Nothing on there with you cooking ribs. Figured you were an expert that would show us all how to cook ribs. Didn't see such a video...

    Clean your grates. Cant take you serious when your pit looks like that

    • @getoutandgrill
      @getoutandgrill  5 лет назад +1

      I did. I waited for the grates to heat up then scrubbed them. Usually what I do. Unless I have the time after the cook.
