    You clearly do good work. You have nice set ups and top notch equipment. Save your self the headache and let go of dead weight! Stop allowing him to live rent free in your head. The right guy will come along. Stay safe and hydrated my friend!!

    Yes you can repair that yourself with a stainless steel worm gear clamp. Make sure the clamp on the band has enough slots so you can tighten it in case you get the incorrect size clamp. You can take two approaches.
    The heat tends to swell up the hose to produce a leak.
    The first and easiest approach is to loosen and slide the existing hose clamp down the hose without removing the hose and draining the fluid. Then loosen the new clamp all the way and install it around the hose and slide it up into position. Over tightening may cut the hose.
    The second approach is to drain the reservoir. Remove the clamp and hose off the reservoir. Reinstall the hose with the new clamp. Tighten.
    Continue to monitor for leaks daily to see if the problem was solved.
    Once you know the repair is good. If you chose the first option then you can carefully remove the original clamp while leaving the hose on.

      @@ErnestPerez-rg2uo thanks Ernest, will definitely take that approach. I assume it will be fairly easy fix..

    17 an hour is fair especially for a ground guy that enjoys is. You should do a video on your sprayer and how the set up works. How many tanks do you have? Do you mix every morning at your house? I’m really interested in learning more about spraying.

    Straight Clown. These last 12 days have been my most busy/profitable for me as well. I also hit a record week. Nothing like you tho close to 80 yards in 2 days is insane. Just in time for the rain too. I should get rain for the next 4 days and hit it hard again on Monday.
    Also what’s the update on that commercial property you spoke about last month? Did I miss that?

    hey I notice you don't have racks on your trucks, and choice to have you equipment on the bed of trucks. I guess with a nice long bed like yours I guess its fine, but there's a risk of thief. Anyone can just walk up to truck when your not looking and take something. What's your thoughts.

    • @CBeason
      @CBeason  Месяц назад

      Yeah man it’s a concern with theft. Luckily, hasn’t happened in several years. Had a blower and edger stolen at my old house years ago.. I’ve thought about a weedeater rack just to keep things more organized but havnt looked where to install or even if I could install them tbh

    Good evening, hopefully Caesar works out for you. Tell James to work so you can introduce him to his replacement.😂 I had a couple of guys work for me back over 30 years ago who gave me 2 weeks notice then didn't come in-just quit. After about 3 days they came back asking for their jobs back. I was hurting bad for help so I said OK. They came in and worked 10 minutes then left. I knew where they planned on working because them being dumbasses and told the other guys where they were hired to work. I called their boss, because I knew him and told him that they were undependable and how they did me wrong. He brought them into his office and told them to take a hike.😂 I've never done that with anyone else I won't be treated like that. Just one of many stories in my work life! Later.
