As a Texas A&M grad living in Boise, this dude needs way more attention than what he has been given. He's an amazing RB that is an absolute wrecking ball reminiscent of the dominant Bama backs of years past.
Jeanty is the man
One of the best college RB's I have seen in the last twenty years, he is that good.
Hey guys - great job on FIXING the audio level variability on podcast AND getting Thamel's mic to where it doesn't fade in and out. Made the podcast much more enjoyable.
Now, if all those issues return later this week when Reece rejoins, we'll know it's actually him sabotaging the production, not something else......
Reece, Rece, whatever it takes....
Has has actually only played 4 games, or 16 quarters of football this season out of 20 playable quarters. He’s been held out of the second half of two games this season where he could have pad his stats even more. Yes, he plays in a lower league, but look at what he did against Oregon. He can play with the best of them and should be considered among the best this season.
The competition he faces isn’t as good obviously but backs who’ve won the heisman like Henry and Mark Ingram had better recruits on their Oline. It’s vital that we account for differences in competition but he even did this too an Oregon team that’s looked solid since their first two games and that is probably better defensively than most other title contending ducks teams we’ve seen. If Oregon beats Ohio state on Saturday it will strengthen Jeantys case.
Just the fact that through 5 games, Jeanty has more rushing yards after contact then Derrick Henry did in total rush yards is absurd and unprecedented (besides Barry Sanders greatness of course)
Dude is the real deal, both Oregon State and Washington State are also good teams that will easily get in bowl games and he wrecked Wazzu like he did Oregon.
If AJ cared about the Heisman, he would have hit the portal and collected a pot of NIL $ in the SEC. He is a team first, not me first guy who is dedicated to his brothers and loyal to his coaching staff. Yeah, I know, old-fashioned and corny but that town loves him. When his playing days are over, if he returned to Boise, he could get elected mayor without spending a nickel on the campaign.
Some kids are raised right and when everyone ignores them but one school believes in them when no one else does they often are doggedly loyal.
Future RAMS! Letz Go Nephew Andrew Simpson!! Letz Go Jeanty!! Letz Go Broncos 2K24!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
He’d look good in a Bears jersey

I can't see a mid-major running back winning the Heisman Trophy. Tomlinson dominated his competition and all he got was an invitation to NY, but he didn't finish top 3. Jeanty would have to put up 2,000+ yards, 30+ rushing TDs, and Boise State would have to run the table in the Mountain West, and even then the media might try to elevate one of these running quarterbacks the way they did Jalen Milroe last week.
The smart thing to do is bet on Cam Ward because he plays nobody. I don't want him to win the Heisman, but he has an easy path, especially after the refs made sure that California couldn't pull the upset over the weekend.
Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, okay???
Yes, the refs were bad in that game, but it was still cal’s fault for blowing a 25 point lead. There’s really no one else to blame other than cal themselves
@@RobbieStacks90 get this 40 year old virgin outta here
The thing is genty is going to easily rush for 200 yd and usually attain 30 touchdowns and Boise State won't have a problem with any mountain West teams. Odds are still in jeanty's favor imo.
I think the one thing that AJ has going against him is this, they sat him at half-time for the 3rd game this season. While it's protecting his NFL future, it's really limiting his stats, and a possible Heisman.
Ddduuuvvvaaaallllll
Boise state has yet to have played a relevant team. That’s the only reason the RB is doing well, as soon as they play someone decent they’ll lose
Oregon bro
Uhh Oregon? And an undefeated Washington State team who just beat Washington the week before? And didn’t Washington just beat Michigan?
🤡🤡🤡
Wazzu stomped texas tech too
Boise played Oregon and Wazzu, the same Wazzu that beat the Fuskies

Dang I wish.
Please please please
If he gets injured maybe. But it is gross of you to predict that. just support success for these guys
Bro going to the titans unfortunately smh
