    I have been walking 6 miles a day for a month. The first month I walked 2 miles a day, the second month I started walking 6 miles a day and I'm still doing it everyday. After two months I have lost 21 pounds and I went from 208 pounds to 187 pounds

    I really like your tips and mindset. I used to be in great shape and run 4 times a week and half marathons. Then I had some health problems and medications caused me to gain weight really fast. I never realized that being overweight is in itself a barrier to exercise. Exercise has been so much harder now, I can’t run at all. So I like your walking 6 miles and that it really seems doable yet effective. I hate dieting, so I am going to start with walking 6 miles a day and add mini goals like no fast food or no snacking. Thank you for all your encouraging videos!

      I'm right there with you. I'm fasting, walking six miles a day and have already started seeing results.

    Hi I started to walk 4 miles.. my goal is to walk 6.. hopefully will get there soon.

    I just started to walk 5.2 miles and by the end of the month I want to be able to run it, but do you have any tips on eating?
