Notice that when the Orca gets closer to the boat, she did a barrel roll which signifies that she meant no harm to the boat or to the people in it, she was just having fun. That roll is one of their best way of saying hey calm your nerves and don't be scared for we are together.😀
Epic video ❤ amazing to see how fast they are makes you think about the ones who are stuck on tanks....be grateful you got to see wild ones and not trapped one amazing sighting so jel ❤
Lucky you!! Orcas are the most magnificent creatures alive. Such massive power and intellect, with a brain of such advanced emotional section..bonding, family..that we can't even fathom.
I wonder if they can sense our excited vocal chords through echo location and the find that funny and entertaining if they show there tummy's to you I feel like it's been playful
I believe the worst noise for sub-aquatic marine life is submarine pings (sonar) which are very loud (240db) and depth charges and other ordnance fired by navy ships during training and testing. I also believe that when whole pods of whales and dolphins get stranded on beaches it has to do with either one of these two things.
Fascinating and intriguing, until reflecting on the harmful impact that human sub-aqua noise is known to be having on marine animals. (And standing on deck in an open boat without a BA...which is another story, but I saw him stumble...hmmmmmm.)
You’d be surprised. A lot of marine mammals know the safety zone. Like a lot of times you see orcas and dolphins riding with boats is because they’re actually interacting or just playing. They learn by experience like we do
They may well be able to identify the threat better than humans, their awareness under the water is something we would have no concept of. But a hard fast moving object is something we all as animals have instincts about even the smallest animals have threat awareness. But humans can also walk in front of a car so accidents can also happen.

Whales do the same thing
Is this true
Hmm just what I was looking for the answer to on Google
Thye love to show off.....
Old but yeah let's start the wake ride . Like a rollercoaster for them
So fast, smart, and graceful. They were definitely in a playful mood. Amazing creatures.
they’re showing off again and i am here for it 🤩😍

Never realised just how fast these Orcas are! Incredible!
They are one of the fastest creatures in the ocean!
They can swim up to 35mph

Each pod has its own dialect and every Orca has a given name

Really enjoyed, Thx 😊🏴
Scares me with the motor blades so close to the orca.
they make a shield for the prop to protect marine life, now. It should be mandatory.
There's gotta be some kinda grill/cover for them in this day and age surely
@@shihtzusrule9115 Not all people will ever have those. Some people even use the oldest of cars without an airbag. So same with boats.
Orcas are incredible!
Orcas actually enjoy following and swimming behind boats. What a rare sight.
@Sharon Bodimeade no they test their speed against alien creations
That was awesome!!!! Very cool!!!
Awesome clip - thanks
That’s pretty spectacular ❤️
Y do boats/ships
still have propellers?
So beautiful
Can someone teach me how hydrodynamic works?
Beautiful
very nice / I it looks like whale doesn't mind the noise of the boat, or tolerates it to get in some wake surfing
Beautiful...

Beautiful creatures.
That adorable Orca is playing with the bubbles that make the motor just like we used to play with a fan when we were kids 😄💕💕🐬
Gotta turn the boat of my guy might cause an accident for them! Sick video though.
Amazing
That was amazing!
you're like the ice cream truck, and their treat is a fun bow ride they come quickly over for after hearing the Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr song of the motor
simply stunning, what a moment
просто сказка какая то!
I know a show off when I see one. Too cool!
You are gonna need a bigger boat...

Im a nervous wreck watching this. Remember they don't know what a propeller is.

@@tanneradams20 Have you seen the horrific injury new Zealand orca named Ben suffered? You can't learn by mistakes if you're chopped into pieces.😓

Seems the engine designs would include a shroud over the prop.
@@anthonypowell6234 or even a cage of some kind.
Waouuu 🤗🤗🤗
I´m allways afraid of the boats engine, it is dangerous for marine life.
It's illegal to run your engines when an Orca or any whale is that close in both US and Canadian waters.
This video was taken in Mexico
Yeah, it’s really cool. However you gotta know they were hunting and going to kill you….right
2:21 Duuuuuuuuuuuude! 🤙
So siiiccckkkk🤙
That was amazing!
