Love it! Mr. Perfect was the man! I try to spit and slap my gum like he did any chance possible. That was the great thing about wrestlers in the old days, they never broke character even on the street.
After the Birds won the Super Bowl, me and the missus were at Broad and Chestnut in the crowd celebrating. The cops passed us carrying a guy who apparently fell off a greased pole. He was in real bad shape, out cold. Always wondered if he ended up being ok. Took away my fun of the greased pole climbing. My prediction is 38-24 Birds!
Hey PHILLY CAPTAIN, fine scoot ride video thru S Phila...Great photo of younger teen you meeting WWE Mr Perfect and Mean Gene at then TOWER RECORDS South St..GO EAGLES & TOODLES...
I saw sheer terror play in Philly around the 2018 Super Bowl and Paul cracked a joke about how all the old heads in port Richmond were upset because the they heard the cops were a greasing up the pols..haha ya had to be there
There is no Fourteenth Street, as Broad Street is where that street would be. Broad Street is the north-south counterpart to Market (formerly High) Street. When surveyor Thomas Holme (1624-95) prepared the first plan of the city of Philadelphia for William Penn (1644-1718), only Broad and High Streets were named.
Nice video. Hey Captain ~ like I told you a while ago (and I wasn't kidding), Mr Perfect did not actually like his fans and was known for scratching but _culo_ until his finger nails got brown before he would shake anyone's hand. Great wrestler who could have been the best were it not for his back injury and for his medical issues. But his personality? Ouch!
Wow I used to work for fedex and delivered to that address many times, never knew that place was in the movie trading places.

They done it when the Chicago Cubs won the WS in 2016 several people fell off the poles
Nice! I never thought I'd ever know for sure where Jamie Lee Curtis' apartment was until I watched this video! TPC: Thank you!
