The old ECW arena used to be nicknamed Viking Hall after the South Philadelphia Vikings NYB fancy club, this is how it got its rep as a bingo hall - the Vikings would host fundraisers there to fund their show in the Mummers Parade, including bingo to get all the old ladies in the neighborhood to come out and help raise funds. There was supposedly a mummer vs. wrestler brawl in the parking lot one night after a show according to the Blue Meanie. Only in Philly, lol

It wasn't Taffer and Bar Rescue's fault on why Downey's went under. The concept he created and new menu and training was good. What brought Downey's down in the end was both falling behind on loans owed to Wells Fargo and taxes owed to the city.
