I would say he's decent. Not the greatest, nor the worst, but decent. MODOK is sometimes bald, and yet they forgot to add a bit more disfigurement on Darren; probably some stretch marks on his face as a result of his mutation would've been nice.

From the Marvel Avengers game especially the design and the transformation sequence of how each time we saw him he would be more deformed as we progressed, the design of it was beautiful, the character motif PHENOMENAL, the development BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED, And then the voice actor gave the passion of the character which was beautiful

The problem with adapting MODOK is that he's portrayed so differently in the comics depending on who's writing at the time. Oftentimes he's depicted as a serious, powerful threat (which is how he was originally intended and designed to be) and other times writers make him a literal joke who's entire purpose is just to be laughed at. More often than not, when MODOK appears in other media outside the comics, they tend to emphasize the comical side instead of the serious, threatening villain side.

Spider-Man: Far From Home, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Loki, WandaVision, Falcon and Winter Soldier, Black Widow, Guardians 3, Hawkeye. Now, all those movies I just listed were the good ones we got. And notice how we mostly got bad ones. Marvel has a big issue with writing and is running out of ideas and resources.
