Lies - Paul Revere and the Raiders

Remake of the great Knickerbockers hit. Everyone thought it was the Beatles when it first came out. The Knickerbockers appeared on Where the Action Is with Paul and the Raiders many times back in 65-66. This comes from the cd "Time Flies When You're Having Fun", released in 2000 on rock 'n' roll records.

Good to see Carl Diggs, He had a decent musical Career. Kracker? (Would of Could of) But that's R&R! His Singing for a Legendary Band in Las Vegas. For Over 30 yrs show's how much of a Professional He was! 👍🏻

The Raiders’ version is serviceable, but not near as good as the Knickerbockers. I thought Lies was a Beatles song when I first heard it. And I wasn’t the only one who thought so.

Not quite as good as the original recording by The Knickerbockers but this is pretty good although it doesn't have urgency
