How come out of the box. Charged up battery and won't start even in a video they run into same problem what is wrong everything is in place light on but wont start
This thing is identical to ryobi. Charge battery fully and also check the handle connection. Make sure it’s up all the way. Good luck. I just got the ryobi one and it’s fun to use. 🇺🇸
I'm having the same problem. it came without instructions and no manual. I charged the battery watch some You Tube videos which they show you how great the machines are but no how to assemble some parts like the mulch bag, there is no bag.

And u using it wrong do not use it with the grass that tall and will last longer but yeah its pretty good for the price
He hasnt had it long enough for it to start dying after every 4 seconds of turning it on.
