How to Adjust Monitor Brightness in Windows Directly From PC |Control Extended Monitor Brightness

In this video I will show how to adjust or control desktop monitor brightness directly from PC and best windows 10 brightness controller from extended monitor.
How to Adjust Monitor Brightness Using Monitorian
Monitorian is a great tool if you are looking to reduce eye strain. This free app from Microsoft is designed to adjust the brightness of multiple monitors. What makes Monitorian efficient is that you can adjust the brightness of monitors individually or all of them simultaneously.
You can download Monitorian from the Microsoft Store. Usually, Windows 10 will install the app automatically once the download is complete. If this doesn't happen, open Downloads and install the app manually.
Download: Monitorian (Free, in-app purchases available): www.microsoft....
-- Open Monitorian. You can do this by opening the Start menu and browsing to the Monitorian icon. If you want, you can pin it to the Taskbar.
-- Click the Monitorian icon to see which monitors are connected to your device.
-- To adjust the brightness for each monitor, use the slider.
You can access more settings such as Enable moving in Unison or Change adjustable range if you right-click the Monitorian icon. Also, you can change the monitor's name by clicking and holding until the name becomes editable.

wrong titale: Monitorian doesn't change the screen brightness (has no effect on monitor's brightness/backlighting/power consumption) it modifies the output to make colors darker (very easy to notice as the mouse cursos won't change "brightness" at all). Other programs (like tiwnkle tray) instead, really send commands to the monitors to change the brightness same way it would be done from the monitor's HW itself

Do you understand that it actually doesn't change your monitor brightness? It just makes the pictures on Windows darker, which means the LED behind the monitor remains at full brightness. So, you can't save energy this way, and you will see a halo around the edges.
Update:
I checked it, and it actually does change the monitor's brightness. thank you for this video

It does directly change the monitor's brightness settings. Adjusting the brightness from the monitor has been a constant pain so I thought there MUST be way to adjust the brightness with software, same way you can adjust the settings of other hardware (like keyboards). Luckily that's the first video I clicked on. It works!

@@Richard-kz6or There's no way you can control the backlight LED or fluorescent lamp of your monitor through windows. All you can do is darken the pixels to obscure the light. While it may be a convenient method, it doesn't save energy. However, if you have a LED monitor, it's a different story because there is no light behind the pixels.
