Sushi Knife Sponsorship Review!!! Yanagi Sharpness Test from Kaheiji.com

I got a generous sushi knife sponsorship and I wanted to share my thoughts on their yanagi!
This knife is incredibly sharp, right out of the box. The craftsmanship is amazing and the price point for this knife is surprising. It's cheaper than the first yanagi I ever bought, but the quality is easily twice as high!
I love the balance, the materials used to make the knife, and that razor sharp edge!
