Agree with the additional stop at Danforth/Eglinton. With the density in housing new condo townhouses, condos and apartment buildings just north of Eglinton; it would make sense to use the No frills parking lot or the one across at Shoppers' DrugMart. Please upvote

That guy was absolutely right. The stop at Lawrence helps very few people. There's no stop where people actually need it, as he said where the highest population density is along the route. For the majority of people along the route, the subway doesn't help them at all.

Excellent presentation, thank you.. Will definitely attend one of these presentations in the future. Quick question/clarification on 1:01:15, knowing that the Progress Avenue bridge will be demolished.... once the Scarborough Centre Station construction is complete and Progress Ave is reopened from Grangeway Avenue to Borough Drive, will the city plan to build the bridge again, or its just a normal signalized intersection/4-way traffic for McCowan/Progress? Just wondering, as this will be a "busy area" when subway extension is complete, so traffic lights in Bushby/McCowan and Progress/McCowan are literally close.

Why shut the rt before any substantial progress has been made with the extension?

because the trains are now almost broken(thats a bit simplified) and they don't want to spend unnessary money on refubrisment or new trains for something that will only last 7 years.

@@Train_Chaser-KeiTruckUrbanist again, building a brt on it again would only last for five years, and they have plans to move most bus routes at sarborugh center to kennedy.

@@Train_Chaser-KeiTruckUrbanist Nothing "happened" to Line 5, dippy. Covid and delays occurred.
