The falling animation when humans are paralyzed by the Compliance Regulator makes them look more like they're experiencing a full-body seizure rather than a temporary case of paralysis. It's funny to look at.
That's freaky. I was watching a WeirdestBuilds video on Radical Edward, who happens to use this weapon, and I was curious to see if there were any challenges for this. And here I am, seven hours after someone had done it.
In theory it's an A to A+ tier weapon, being the closest thing to a dart gun we will get in this entire game. That said it's worse than the dart gun because the paralysis is based on crit chance and you have to go into a dlc you can't easily leave to get it. I mean you could run through honest hearts in an hour or two if you really wanted but still. In theory this thing would be amazing for taking out deathclaw (and cazadores maybe) that said I've never once used it. The riot shotgun with and stay back and shotgun surgeon is easily a better option. I guess if you don't want to put points into guns for some reason this would do.
I'm guessing someone has already done it at some point but I'd love to see Fallout NV woth only your starting equipment, no looting anything including caps, only can spend the handful of caps you start with, and no getting equipment repaired. Obviously since its possible to beat nv without attacking anything it would be possible but it could still be interesting
I never heard of this gun, is this a dlc weapon? Also I hope you can, cause it would be weird if you couldn't. Also can you try to beat any fallout of your choice with only a 10mm pistol?
@@insertnamehere4088 the 10mm is very solid. One south of Goodsprings with over 100 bullets with 2 weapon repair kits nearby. Don't like the silencer sound though. Can you beat New Vegas as Mr. Burke? XD
10:20 I mean Ulysess armor is ALSO 5% crit and you can have the Light Touch perk at the same time for ANOTHER 5% if you qualify but I don't think you have the special for it.
i just want to say, i really like when you take your time with these runs and do side content instead of just booking it to the end, i hope you do so more
i quite like that you spawn the item in question at the start. it keeps the video fresh, every other video starts the same as people play pacifist until they get the gimmick weapon of that video. we dont need an origin story, just spawn in whatever the gimmick of the video is and crack on
This is actually one of the most broken weapons in the game. Not because of the output of raw damage like elijah’s laer, cz57, ycs-186, fat man, mercy, etc Instead the crit effect paralyzes for 10 secs, but the potential critical hit chance and rate of fire makes it a guaranteed paralyze on any enemy. It holds thirty rounds, and in vats the low vats cost lets you queue shots for a whole group of enemies. You can thus paralyze them all at once, and use a good melee weapon to kill them. Ofc they can’t shoot or swipe. At the very least you can escape fights this way. The sonic emitter base version does the same but has lower mag cap, rate of fire, and doesn’t benefit from laser commander. For damage itself it’s about par with a laser pistol, but skills, perks, better criticals, and jlia make the dps decent. Tl;dr it’s a ranged super slam with longer duration, or paralyzing palm with quicker activation. You only use it for the challenge but it’s easy to hotkey with a main weapon. This should be a good run.

Joshua Graham's armor also gives +5% crit chance and stacks with Light Touch, and I'd argue its a lot easier to get than going through lonesome road.

Ahh really enjoyed this one as it took me right back to one of my very first play throughs. I forgot just how overpowering it could be.
