Marquand basically is stealing everyone's voice. I watch those vanity fair videos every now and then and I still am amazed.
James Marsden is so under-rated. Very talented and charismatic. Good at comedic timing and power roles and, of course, leading man.
The problem is, his big roles are overshadowed for other reason. Like the biggest role of his career in Xmen, most fans don't get to really see its him because of his visor. Other roles of him were either small rom com roles or a secondary hero. And now in Westworld, he is great but the cast is so amazing people tend to forget any one particular actor's talent.

Hell of a voice actor and narrator as well. He is Harry Dresden in Jim Butcher's Dresden Files. Someone had to fill in for him once and it was not at all right.
Bryan Singer really fucked him over as cyclops, if they would have kept the character true, he would have been a shining spot in the films
