    Great video. I might have a go at the side dishes (I'm vegan and there's only me eating). Lovely yellow challah.

      You should check out her book - many of her recipes are vegan or can be veganized. She also has a vegan ‘water challah’ recipe in the book. The berry crisp was vegan, and if you use an egg replacer for the kugel, that would be easy to veganize too. The broccoli and vinaigrette were vegan and I think this would work great with cauliflower steaks too!

      That’s turmeric powder and it adds mostly color and a little flavor to the challah. Enjoy!
