- Chinese Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
250g of Chinese Spinach
2 to 3 slices of old ginger
2 cloves of garlic
½ piece of century egg (sliced into small piece)
½ piece of salted duck egg (sliced into small piece
Appropriate amount of hot water
Anchovies (put inside a tea bag)
1 teaspoon of homemade sole fish powder (optional)
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few drops of premium fish sauce
Few dashes of white pepper
Garnishing:
15 to 20 pieces of Goji berry

One of my favourite vege soup; anchovy essence and spinach with goji berries. Ah Pa are you cantonese+Hakka/Hokkien? Most of your cooking has familiar hometown cooking style/ingredients.

@@CookingAhPa Thank you Ah Pa. I like Teo chew porridge for supper! In the old days, my friends and I would hang out near Jln Pudu at night to enjoy the Teo Chew porridge there. There were several restaurants but 1, I particularly like for it's intestine cooking style.
