Better way of cooking. Cook the stem first in water with the gouji berry. Towards the end of last 45secs. U put in the spinach leaves. Like that u get all the nutrients

I tried this using kale. It tasted so nice. Because I don't have half-century egg and half-salted egg, I used boiled chicken eggs. To replace the missing umami taste, I also used shiitake mushroom, a dash of light soy sauce and sesame oil. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

I would like to know about your wok pan.
I recently moved and my old place had a gas stove on which my wok worked perfectly. My new place have a stove just like yours and the wok doesn't work like it suppose to, it doesn't become hot on the sides..
    How is yours working?
My wok is in teflon, could it be the reason why it doesn't work so good? Cause it looks like your wok is all through steel?
