- 2 Ingredient Spaghetti Sauce:
-1 jar of your favorite sauce. Be sure it has all the good stuff in the ingredients. Onions, garlic, herbs etc.
- (for 2 ppl) 3 hot, medium or mild Italian Sausages.
Brown sausage well in olive oil. Add sauce. Cook till sausage is done. Turn down heat and let simmer away for a bit. Add 1/2c water if it gets too thick.
-Add a pinch of salt if desired.

Looks great! Another option would be to remove the casings and brown the meat like you would ground beef and then add the sauce and simmer, etc. We love Italian sausage in all forms. I also cook them in whole in a big pot of cabbage and serve with cornbread on the side. Blessings!

I use ground sweet sausage. Have used ground beef for years Game changer with ground sausage It is 1 AM and now I want some spaghetti!! Really, I want those hot rolls!!!

Hi Darlene, your dinner looked lovely, and I am sure it tasted soooo good! It has been years and years since I had sausages, but it works in this recipe. Could you substitute the sausage for mini meat balls? I am sure that you could as that is my preferred meat in a spaghetti sauce. Your sourdough rolls are amazing, and well worth all the time spent preparing them.

Meatballs are generally what I use for my “mother” sauce🤣 and sausage. My family won’t let me share the recipe. Can you believe that 🤣🥰

@Souperat60 Well, we are going to grill some meat but not sure what yet. (Forgot to take meat out of the freezer) We will also grill some veggies. I'm growing veggies in pots on our deck and it's been so much fun. Our oldest requested my homemade brownies and homemade whipped cream, but gosh that apple pie sounds yummy! I've never made sourdough crust, I just use my mom's recipe for crust. I love pie for breakfast!!! Have fun with your friends 🇺🇲
