Summer 1987. In exchange for mowing the lawn my Dad bought me The Last Ninja for the C64. What a perfect first track this is for a game that will forever be steeped in magic.

it's when you take the music out of the constraints of a C64 SID chip and do this, that you truly realize what a brilliant musician Ben Daglish was. Respect to Fastloaders for keeping so accurate to the source.

One thing that always impresses me about c64 audio and Fastloaders is the mixing, engineering, and sound quality of these live performances. So clear and balanced. Really quite remarkable.

This event was great and is one of my fondest memories in life!
I had the pleasure of talking to the Fastloaders frontman Jarle H. Olsen, as well as legendary C64 and Amiga composers Chris Hüelsbeck, Barry Leitch, and Jeroen Tel, which were all friendly and nice people.
Thank you again for doing this, and I hope you guys will consider doing more gigs like this in the future!

Same here! I couldn't believe it! I've heard this song maybe a thousand times but this time it really hit me with a tsunami of childhood memories, so strong that I was in tears. Suddenly it was 1987/1988 again. The girl playing the flute wasn't probably even born back then but she did a stunning job.

So many emotions, hearing these perfectly crafted renditions, for those whom these melodies got engraved in their hearts, decades ago. I can remember loading Last Ninja for the first time , like it is yesterday. Yet, I cannot remember what I actually did yesterday.

I will never forget how I used to play the game. It was the most difficult game of all time, but with the most beautiful music in the world. I've never been captivated by a game with music like this. Sometimes I just played it to hear the music. Very very nice, thank you!

There was a bit of a missed opportunity with Sekiro. In fact the only bad thing about Sekiro is that it wasn't the Last Ninja or Tenchu.

Guys ure great but u have to turn back the e guitar in non leading parts at least 15 % - the girl on the flute is giving all she´s got batteling the frequences of the guitar. The soundtrack was not a one man guitare show - try to be more harmonic. No bad feelings just my thoughts. I played all the games in my childhood and still do im a musician btw (guitar/vocalds) Thanks for your effort youre the the best
