Great list, I especially loved how when Gohan appeared you can hear from the music Gohan speaking to Cell about the hidden potential.
I'd just say by this time Tien>Krillin since he's done more feats in my opinion but other than perfect list
tien only trained with chiaotzu for 3 years while krillin with the guru unlock potential trained with roshi for 3 years
even if tien got the neo tri beam he needs to catch the person completely off guard to use it
also akira confirmed that the guru unlock potential kept krillin ahead of tien with him saying he is the strongest male earthling

I will never understand why people say Future Gohan was stronger than the Future Androids. DIdn't they like, wipe the floor with him? Even in the special they were seen way stronger than him, at least to me.
SomeSubs he took them both on at the same time and was over powering them at some parts and in some aspects....imagine him taking them on individually...

Vegeta is surely stronger than Cell juniors. He dealt huge damage to perfect cell with final flash, also forced post-nuke cell to defend his enraged attack. And Gohan Only won the battle thanks to another Ki blast by Vegeta. I doubt any cell juniors would even touch Post zenkai cell
Cell junior literally deflected a final flash from vegeta and cell was only messing with vegeta

1- Tien is Stronger than Krillin
2- Frieza and King Cold are stronger than both Androids 19 and 20
3- Android 19 is stronger than Android 20
4- Cell Jr. Are weaker than Piccolo
5- Perfect Cell is stronger than super saiyan 2 Gohan
any proof of anything you are stating?
1- Tien using shin ki ko ho was able to hurt and hold off semi perfect Cell(who was already much stronger than Android 16 for example)
2- Piccolo was defeating Android 20 and Android was only being able to resist agaist Goku because of his ability to absorve energy and because Goku was dying
3- Piccolo was defeating Android 20, plus 19's energy absortion looked better than Gero's
4- Tien, Krillin and Yamcha were able to stand against then, and there was a moment when Piccolo wrecked 2 Cell Jr.
5- One simple attack of Perfect Cell was enough to make Gohan not beeing able to use one of his arms, plus, Gohan only defeated Cell at the end because of the help from Goku, Vegeta and the others
1. he didn't damage him at all and it was a surprise attack, akira has confirmed that krillin is stronger than tien as well
2. piccolo was training with ssj goku and was some what comparable to goku, frieza and cold always use ki blast recklessly so they would lose to the androids regardless
4. that was literally all filler and the cell juniors was suppressing them selves not to kill the z fighter but torture them
5. gohan literally beat cell with half of his power and was only put in that position because he was trying to save vegeta last minute
4 - Cell said that only Vegeta and Trunks could give a fight to Cell Jrs and of course Goku could defeat them but he was tired in that point.
5 - Have you ever read the manga? In the kamehameha vs kamehameha part between Gohan and Cell they were pretty tied and only Vegeta attacked him in BASE form. Goku only motivated him to not being concerned about the damage that his powers could do in earth.
I'm sure, Super Perfect Cell can compete with the Old Broly.
Super video. There is just one mistake. Android 16 was 100% stronger than Super Namekian Piccolo at that point because his power rivaled the power of Imperfect Cell who defeated Piccolo easily :)

Honestly I think future Gohan was stronger then the androids only problem was that it was an unfair victory from their standpoint. I don't know how the fight went down in the manga but in the special he seemed to be able to hold his own in a 2v1 and would do really well in a 1v1. The future androids atleast.

Actually no, in the manga its stated that mecha frieza had a the larger ki over king cold
i'm going by the original anime which had its faults also we dont know if that was king colds true form or his first/second form which is why I believe King Cold is above Frieza or Freeza but thats just me i'm not 100% disagreeing with you but i'm going by the possiblility that king cold was not in his final form and if he was in his second form then this is just a guess but i would put king colds true form/final form at either semi perfect cells level of power to perfect cell but that is my opinion also in the manga 17 said he never used half of his full power against future gohan but in the movie gohan was able to fight against both 17 and 18 before being overwhelmed so with both it would depend on which one your looking at which is why i'm not disagreeing nor am i agreeing

3. Trunks
Personally in the Top 10 I'd put Future 17 & 18 above Future Gohan based on the manga, and if we're talking brute strength - Trunks > Vegeta. I know Vegeta is implied to have Ultra SS too, but Trunks does speak about holding back strongly and does put Vegeta down for a bit.

I wouldn't put trunks above perfect cell holding back because trunks lost to him and cell was faster

I didnt make mention of Cell to you, but I'll just say Trunks only gave up after Cell pointed out he was too slow and enlightened him about the battle veterans.
Trunks' reflection implies he became slower than Vegeta, which means easy pickings for Cell, especially with all the exposed weakpoints. He wouldn't need his full strength so long as he kept himself above Super Vegeta's speed.
So I do get the Speed is Power argument, however if the goal is the order the strongest, I don't get why speed is included for this specific category.
Strength reads in Dragon Ball are energy based, but Cell might have been lying here despite specifying brute strength. Though Trunks is highly impressed by a SS Goku's power, granted he's more impressed because he's only a Super Saiyan.

iirc Trunks wasn't stronger than piccolo before he went into the chamber. Vegeta never used the 3rd Grade super saiyan against Cell, because of the speed drawback. Vegeta 2nd Grade before the second HTC training > Trunks 3rd Grade. Not to mention that he lasted longer against the cell jrs.
