I was recently very relieved to see a sweet but naive acquaintance announce the closing down sale of her MLM 'franchise', which had taken over her social media. In the uk you cant get into trouble for non secured debt.
All that happens is you get a CCJ which stays on your credit file for 6 years and stops you from getting cheap credit.
If you dont want any credit for the next 6 years you can stop paying your debt, get the CCJs and wait 6 years then you will be clear.
It's not the right way to go but with this option available I cant understand why people go hungry to pay their credit card debt.

That’s the problem with everyone. When there’s a great proven way to build wealth, they would ditch it or modify it to their own liking to try to make it faster. Dave knows his methods are not the fastest. But, they’re reliable. It’s about behavior more than scheming your way to wealth. Like Dave says, “We’re not selling microwaves here, we sell crock pots.”

    "What's your household income?"
"I'm right at 80 thousand here in the summer. In the winter it'll probably drop."
What? Who measures their household income by season? Why not just annual? Does he mean he makes 80 thousand in the summer and only 60 thousand in the winter? Or does he mean he *WOULD* make 80 thousand for the year if his summer pay held out all year? This guy could have an income of anywhere between 40 thousand and 160 thousand.

His income obviously fluctuates depending on weather or any other factor. It's perfectly understandable and you are overthinking it. Not everybody is paid as simple as salary or hourly. Some people only have one job and their income can fluctuate quite a lot. If he makes 80k in the summer and 60k in the winter then yes, he could have said he makes about 70k a year. But I knew exactly what he meant by what he said.

Forex is simply trading one country's currency for another. Most speculation is done by Futures Trading where you front up with around a minimum of 2.5% of the total parcel of money you're trading with in the hope to make big when the market goes in your direction. (Say $2500 of a $100,000 contract amount.) Yes if the market goes your way in a day you can double your $2,500 and the next day triple it etc. THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH TRADING is the market going the opposite way will wipe you out and close your trade. The only way to hope to account for market fluctuations is to have a larger stake that (you hope) will ride out fluctuations, but again, you can still lose it all just as easily as winning. No one can predict the international currency market and no-one who is selling a system, is doing that because they want to share their winning system. If it worked, they would simply be trading it, not selling it.
Funny thing about Futures Trading is the win/loss ratios are about the same as Casinos and especially roulette, where the Casinos' winnings are in exactly in line with the odds. That is, in Futures Markets the house gets it's percentage and the rest is made up by winners and losers.
