Dan, you should buy hiddious and bad smelling stuff like the clown and the toilet golf things to put in the dirty rooms to leave them behind @ ADR. Maybe even hide some stuff and check back a year later if the room has improved and to see of the hidden item is then still there. (don't show what and where you're hiding the stuff, that will be reveald a year later) Hope you like the ideas. :)

Goodwill is one of my favorite places of all time. I got almost all my cassettes and lots of VHS tapes from there, and lots of electronics. I got a couple vacuum cleaners for 8 dollars once and I used one of them as a leaf blower.
