Loved your video katie! Totally here for it all, especially watching you assemble and decorate with the calming music. Beautiful work on both the cakes and filming! 💓
Only saying this because I speak Spanish, the ‘C’ in dulce is pronounced with an ‘S’ sound actually but most pronounce as you do. You can say it however you like 😊
Been binge watching your shorts. You are doing a brilliant work with all these. I am a cake maker myself & trying to learn content creation for business growth. I want to suggest a couple video topics I’d be happy to see from you. 1. Sharing how you film your videos - gears you use for filming & whatever else comes under the category 2. Social media/cake business growth tips. ❤❤
That’s so kind of you! Thank you for the ideas 😊 I will try to make these videos but I’m so afraid of speaking videos hehe. Anyway, I will give it a try ❤
Hi! Katie, its my first time watch your video, and it Will be my favorite baker vlog. You are such a gorgeous person, and still working hard, i'll be waiting for your newest videos. You did a good job !❤
I've just discovered that you have a youtube channel! I've been following you on instagram and it's really inspiring to see how your business has grown. You are so talented and your cakes are so pretty! 💝
I loved this video so much! Those cakes look wonderful, I'm so hungry now haha. Keep up the good work Katie, you're amazing!!🥰 I subscribed immediately!
Hello, i love your cakes and videos! I was wondering how many cake layers is the honey cake you are decorating in this video? And Is this a 6inch cake? Would the recipe you've posted in another video be enough to make this size of cake? Thanks in advance.
Hey Katie! How are you? Hope you’re doing well 😊 just love your video ❤. Please upload more videos on RUclips ☺️☺️. Btw I have one tip for you. Whenever you make tasting cake Make sqare or rectangle cake bcz when you cut in small pieces it’s easier for you to cut in equal size☺️☺️. I just love love love to you and your hard work 😊
I loved this video first time i have stumbled upon your channel. This was so satisfying to watch❤ i hope your channel becomes more popular in upcoming days🫶💕
Thank you for this video ❤ You are amazing and your cakes are...mmm no words! You're speaking perfectly and clearly 😉 I understand everything with my not so good English 😊 I wonder if you're making some courses, individually or in group? Thank you ❤
Love following your Insta account and am a subscriber but I have learnt so much with you tube tutorials and cake decorating so great to see you here too! Sound is perfect and speed too, can hear you clearly and your accent is lovely! No need to change anything although I am curious why you glad wrap some cakes when you are done stacking and filling and are all your cakes refrigerated until eating? I often bake butter cakes so they are hard for the fridge but keen to try alternatives. ❤
Thank you so much!! I usually work with soft fillings and frosting which doesn’t harden in the fridge, I also bake chiffon cakes which also remain soft after being refrigerated ❤
I follow you on IG and love your work, love your socials and I LOVED this video. I have an accent too and Im not bothered! I am proud I speak more than one language. And the lady who messaged you she cant hear and understand you, she needs to go out and speak to people and get over it😎
Would love some more educational tips such as how long can a cake sit with frosting I n the fridge ahead of time? Would love to see you trying new things you may be uncomfy with as well! Beautifully done I can’t believe I am trying to give feedback but you requested it so I tried! This is a lovely video. I know how difficult it is to cut down so much video to be aesthetic for the viewer!
heyy! i have a question that roots from a worry i have before starting my own home business. the question is that what do i do w the leftover creams and batters after ive completed making the cake? what do yall do w the leftover ingredients? mainly cream?
I love the attention to hygiene, hair is back when cooking, you have an apron, nothing touches the table just in case, you used gloves when touching the cake directly and clean hands for the other processes with no or few rings, minimum contact between hands and cakes etc.
@@Katies_Little_Bakery wow that's so smart! Thank you for sharing! When the uber driver's come they are ok with delivering the cakes? Do they ever give you a hard time or have they ever ruined the cake during transport?
Hi! I follow you on ig and this was so relaxing and your cake tasters looked soo aesthetic with the stickers and paper!!💕 if you don’t mind me asking, what is your ethnicity/where is your accent from? 🍰
Hi from California on your very thin cakes what pans are you using for your stack cakes of Dulce de Leche I think your honey cake please what's the pan sizes thank you I truly love your videos thanks again from California.
can someone please tell me if in these types of videos is there someone filming , especially when we see the cake angle being frosted or is a tripod used ?
Sorry I didn’t get the question. Ganache is more durable than buttercream as it stays hard at room temperature so it’s better to use this covering if cakes travel long distances 😊
Cakes are usually made a day ahead of serving time so they can set properly ☺️ sponge cakes can be stored in a fridge for 5 days when wrapped or you can freeze them for longer storage period 😊
Living in the US, I am SHOCKED at how thin your cakes are. Is this an English thing? Are you baking them this thin or cutting them this thin from a thicker cake layer? Is this a special type of cake? I'm so confused.
I’m originally from Kazakhstan! Very thin-layered cakes like honey cake and dulce de leche are typical for Kazakhstan and other postsoviet countries. As for other cakes, I make chiffon cakes with soft frosting, I think it’s Korean style. In Britain we usually have butter cakes with buttercream but I don’t work with in this technique 😊
@@Katies_Little_Bakery Oh, thanks for the explanation. I had no idea you were from Kazakhstan. I just found your channel today I wish I could try honey cake, because it sounds delicious!
Please let me know what you liked/disliked about the video under this comment 🩷 your feedback will help make future videos better! Thank you!!
I really like how aesthetic and calming are your videos, also so feminine and colorful. 😊
really cool video but i cant help but be bothered that your hair isn't covered, dont you ever worry about hair strands falling in?
I like the video. This is the first time I watched your video. Do u ever use cling wrap or glad wrap?
The testers are the cutest thing ever! sooo pretty, loved it!!!
Loved your video katie! Totally here for it all, especially watching you assemble and decorate with the calming music. Beautiful work on both the cakes and filming! 💓
Thank you so much Vanessa 🩷
Fabulous video ! You are such a busy bee , Katie ! ❤ loved the cake testers boxes , all the little touches , totally high-end product ! 🎉

Only saying this because I speak Spanish, the ‘C’ in dulce is pronounced with an ‘S’ sound actually but most pronounce as you do. You can say it however you like 😊
Thank you for letting me know ♥️
But not in spain
You pronounced it correctly, in Spain we say “dulce” with a “C” sound 😊
such a satisfying word to say
