Just add some red “loctite” to the reversible threads on the handle, they will never ever come out. It’s not like you’ll probably ever want to remove it anyways.
Nice video I want one but in garage gym and no space. I got my regular squat back up over 300lbs but like you said would like to lift heavier on belt squat to increase leg strength/size and not have sore back next day. I'd rather do deadlifts or rack pulls to also build forearms/traps. I've tried landmine belt squats and other 'hacks' but once weight is over 225 or so very hard to rack and unrack. I wish these things were not so big or could attach to rack I lift on outside of rack if somebody had one of these in the center I'd get it!
Hello great video! Quick question. I am coming off of an ACL and Meniscus tear. Just building my home gym with all the essentials already. Looking to add something to allow me to push my squatting to the limit without injuring my back by overcompensating. Wife and I are looking to add this to our gym, what would be a better alternative for space? Once again great video bro. Hopefully BELLS OF STEEL will make two separate poles that screw into the safety handles leaving room for the motion to be the same but without the bar going all the way across.

All the belt squats take up about the same footprint
Don't look straight down and your nose won't hit the bar. It has nothing to do with your leverages
Great machine, it is just the best!
No. Get a squat lever bar that attaches to your squat rack and a dip belt. Best $50 I ever spent. Will save you hundreds.
