Thanks for going ATG in this review. When a lot of people demonstrate using this belt squat they barely make it to parallel, and it made me think you can't go very deep with this
This was awhile ago curious how much you use it now and if you are still happy with it? What % feel weight is it if I want 300lbs feel weight how much would I need to load?
Well, I don't see any difference between this leverage belt squat machine and just a leverage arm attached to rack uprigjt ?? It looks like this machine pulls you forward too and puts stress in your knees do to angle of leverage arm pulling u forward as you squat:(
@@FitnessNews24 the difference between this belt squat machine and the leverage arm used for belt squats. You know how people attach a rogue strip to rack and uset ro de belt squats with that or they also sell them
What's the difference between this and the rwp belt squat attachment? Trying to decide on the rep 4000 with belt squat attachment or this machine?? Rigjt now I have prx wall rack.
@@FitnessNews24 well I do have the space and yes I do love belt squats since I have 2 buldging disk in lower back. I been doing landmine belt squats and they are ok. Iam deciding between rack 4000 with ares and belt squat attachment. The thing that is holding me back about rep 4000 it's the reviwes about belt squat attachment not that good.. some like it but it's mostly negative so I don't know
Hey man I used to always go to failure on the belt squat at my gym. Does it stop at some point before destroying the machine or me? I've heard there isn't a safety stop. Thanks man
So there’s no safety spot but u can go all the way down and sit down to get out of it without an issue, it’s a bit awkward but I’d rather have that, than have my squat depth limited. In my other video on it I do that
How much is the resistance when you're squatting without plates? I'm trying to calculate how much weight I'm actually squatting, but I can't find an answer anywhere

Yep! I thought the same thing, I remember watching their demo video over and over and was like do a full squat ffs 😅

What's the distance from the back of the machine to the front? How far out from the wall is this machine? Thank you
wow great vlog!
Thank you!
So wjats the differwnce between this one and a leverage arm belt squat like sorinex j squat for example?
I believe with this one can go deeper, use it for more stuff and also can use the grab bar

Main difference is if you have the space, I’d probably go with the rack attachment unless you love belt squts

Mr. Chicken, How much weight can you lift with the belt squat compared to your normal barbell squat?
I'd say roughly 50% of your back squat is fine to use, the most I've had on is about 225+ blue mobility band for sets of 8-12

Was it easy to set up?
Not at all. Major pain actually and took 2 people for me anywya
Does the machine have to be up against a wall??
Nope! Stand-alone
Hey hey Mr chicken! Ofc I'm subscribing to all 3 now :)
Yay!
I never bought from bells of steel? Is the quality good and was it shipped well?
Yep it’s decent! No complaints on anything I’ve got from them
@@FitnessNews24 I agree, I got their blitz bike and it's just as good as any other air assault bike out there that could be twice the price

The resistance without plates on when squatting is 80lbs
