Air compressor with a nozzle. Easy clean out… maybe 2 or 3 minutes. Also leave it outside uncapped on a sunny day first.

No. Get a squat lever bar that attaches to your squat rack and a dip belt. Best $50 I ever spent. Will save you hundreds.

Got to be careful with Bolt. Almost none of their products come with building instruction, because almost all of them are drop-shipped from Ali Baba. Just a warehouse in Houston for moving Chinese knockoffs.

Worked for them for 2 years in warranty, can confirm all these issues. Wheels broke on these every single day and we would be out of stock on replacements all the time. Sometimes customers would wait for MONTHS before new ones would come in. And there was no way to get them from another source either. I got this product for cheap and I got rid of it too

Hey I'm at snapfitnes and I'm going for my first comp I'm 2 weeks.

Not as all surprised with your CS experience. No one answers phone. Found someone on Marketplace advertising in my city but doesn't have local pieces he refers you to website. So far both machines I asked about I received conflicting info. No machine specs on website. Different specs provided every time I ask. Just asked about another machine and the actual photos differs the stock Pic (again), and was told OOS when the website says I can purchase. Nice looking machines competitive prices, but sounds like a huge headache ordering. This tells me if you do buy and have an issue you will be shit out of luck.

Great display of different setups with this bar, I will try to convince owner of my PL gym to get one. I really wish to have an opporutnity to do low bars without actually doing them with straight bar, I have long torso and short femurs, so my position is very upright, meaning I can't hold a barbell on my back - I will either lean forward and lose balance or mess up my elbows. I'm not sure about what you said at 9:30 - having such body proportions is actually good for a front squat, your torso is vertical and you can hold the barbell more confortably than people with short torso and long femurs as they have to lean forward at front rack position or hyperextend upper cheast.

That's shame you had to go through all that nonsense to simply order a piece of equipment. We will treat you much better re your Fitness equipment needs!!! The back pad really needs to be longer to give you more lumbar support imo.
