  • Hi friends,
I have grown some pomegranate from seeds.
This is 3 year’s update from seed to now.
Pomegranate is a very delicious fruit, it grows best in U.S. zone 8 to 10 but it can be grown in zone 7 with some protection, normally it starts flowering in it’s 4th year and some fruits also but pinch out it’s fruits so that it put in it’s energy to grow more big and strong.
In next fruiting season it will be strong enough to give more healthy fruits.
It’s flower color is beautiful red and people grow this plant as an ornamental plant.
The plant grows like 8 to 12 ft in height and it grows like a bush , it looks very beautiful when lush green and red bell shaped flowers hanging everywhere.
So guys grow pomegranate from seed and enjoy delicious and healthy fruits.
Please subscribe my channel so that when I will upload next update videos you will be notified and love to see this plant again.
Thank you for watching the video and for your support to my channel.

I am in zone 7 but we have had very hard freeze times so I kept in pot to take indoors. I have trimmed to keep it small for 5 years and hope to get blooms and fruit this year 2024.

@@ExperimentalGardening ive heard that pomegrenades bear fruit after 1.5 years

@@gurkengamingpvz21 Pomegranates that flower as if they are going to fruit at 1.5 years will only have the flowers fall off. They are simply to small to carry a flower to a full size pomegranate, this is why flowers are pinched off and the energy is directed at developing the trunk and branches.
