Everything has been great, unfortunately I made the video before the seat bolts and key chain came in, also forgot to mention them. Thanks for the great customer support, fast shipping, and great products with all of my orders!
Wow,,I got some tusk hand guards,a skid plate and a Jimbo screen the first week I got my 23,thought I was cool till I saw this vid. Mine isn’t even registered yet.can’t wait to ride it
The volume on the video was quite low, so I didn't hear if it was mentioned... It's my understanding the foam on the skid plate is to keep rocks from getting wedged between the plate and the engine case. I hadn't heard that it was supposed to dampen noise. Am I mistaken?
Man! So clean. Haven't even started breaking it in and alreadly all modded out. I've wondered about the foam pad vs heat retention. Usually got to give the bike a cool down break while riding up to Cerro Gordo. Really like those extra lights. Rear disk! Been riding dubs for 30 years. Back when I ordered the '21 was in June, had new racks, skid plate, phone holder/charger, led lights and wide pegs waiting when it arrived that August. Stock chain tends to stretch a lot. O-ring solved that. Didn't notice any power loss, noticed less chain noise. Good to install risers, guards & better grips. Love having a fat Shinko 244 on the front. Had a hard time finding the 6th gear till installing an old TTR 225 motor.
I watched as many mods videos and looked up parts with reviews for the past few years while trying to find one. I wanted to see it in the showroom to make sure I would like it. So when I found it, I already had the parts list planned.
I knew the Death Wing was bad but as an experienced rider, I wanted to see just how bad. After the first weekend of riding in the Pennsylvania state game lands, I ordered a Shinko 244 front tire. It was a very quick decision!
very nice job on your build..just keep in mind the spoke covers will destroy the chrome finish on your spokes ..they rub on the chrome if they get dirt and water inside them..its like liquid sand paper...so take them off and clean and wax spokes on a regular basis if you keep them on your bike..just passing on some info.. enjoy your bike man great job on it!!!
The Bradley Performance skid plate was not produced when I built my bike. They have developed so many new products since I built my bike and I do plan on swapping some parts out for theirs including the skid plate. I strongly recommend their products, everything I have bought from them has been great.
I believe around $1500. Many of the parts are not very expensive but the exhaust, hand guards, and disc brake are all $300-$350ish. Yes, I did all the work myself.
I did do a carb kit but still working it out before I make a video. I will be adding the Bradley Performance air box vent kit and that should enable me to get the carb properly tuned.
With 75 miles and all the mods, your bike is looking good. Do yourself a huge favor and replace your front tire. In wet or dusty conditions, the Trail Wing is a liability. IMHO, the Shinko 244 in 4.60 x 18 69S is best for anything 50% or more on-road. For off-road, the Kenda Trackmaster is far superior to the 244 and Trail Wing.
You missed the single most important upgrade for the T-Dub, taking off the Death-Wing and installing a Shinko 244 or 241 front tire. It would be a shame to lay down your shiny new bike on a rain-slick road in a hard turn.
@@alexiasuddoth38 There is only so much power you can squeeze from 198cc engine. Some get a few more mph by changing the back sprocket to a 44 tooth sprocket, but that means less torque. If you use a 52 tooth sprocket, you get much more torque but limit the top speed to about 55 mph. The T-Dub isn't about speed anyhow. It's about crawling across rough trails, sand and mud slowly and methodically. If you want speed, buy a fast bike.
I looked on cycle trader 4-5 days a week for a couple of years. Wanted to see it in person and I was willing to wait. I went to the dealership the day it was posted, someone backed out of their deposit.
Hey man! Glad to see you repping my products. I hope they serve you well!

Bradley Performance Products is really stepping up the TW game
I agree, I'm just looking for an excuse to get the new foot pegs.
yea their stuff loooks great
@@dirtcopdualsport I get my rear disc kit tomorrow.

Man I love your build everything's so well thought out. Will definitely come back for inspiration if I ever do decide to replace my Fat Cat with a TW.
I never knew they still produced these bikes

Great high quality pictures. Thanks.

The foam does dampen the sound as well.
love the extra lights!
The BEST Tee Dub yet!!
Hello! I was wanting to inquire about your 1963 Hydrodyne. Is it for sale? Thank you
Well done man, very clean!
Didn’t even see the disk brake, holy crap I want that.

many say the factory rear tire is the first to go, 2nd mod front tire, confirm or deny need for that?

Didn't think about that, will do. Thank you
Does the battery ever die on you with all the accessories and extra lights ? I heard the tw alternator cant handle extra watts and will die out
I was wondering why you didn’t use the Bradley HD Skid Plate on your TDub? Also what do you think of their Skid Plate. Thanks. James

Do you have a list of all the links to all your mods please
Damn that’s the nicest I’ve seen!
Have you even ridden it yet?

Beautiful!
Hope you like rusty spokes.

I love the part where you started it and let us hear the exhaust note...
Ok... Bradley performance then!
Did you re,jet the carb???

Where do you ride/ live? Nice work on the tdub👍🏻
I live just outside of Pittsburgh and do most of my riding in Elk county PA.
Thanks for the comment.
@@reidochoa cold as us here north of Boston
Those spoke covers will do a real nice job of corroding them.
That foam on the skid plate will only attract moisture and dirt. It’s best just to have no insulation on the skid plate and wear earplugs.
Closed cell foam maybe
